Lost Pines Architecture PLLC is a professional design firm with a focus on custom residential design, kitchen/bath remodeling, and light commercial developments. Our design process is the same large custom homes or small remodels: That each project is as unique as the people inhabiting it. That the structure should be informed by the context of the site, complimentary of the surroundings, and serve the needs of the client. LPA is led by Pablo Serna, a licensed Architect and Interior Designer, with more than 20 years of private practice experience with both residential architecture and commercial interiors. Pablo is a thoughtful, creative design professional who promotes a collaborative design process with both the clients and their builder. LPA leverages current BIM technology that can develop designs visually in 3D and help create a more informed set of construction drawings to assist the Builder. An emphasis on “working back” from a budget is adopted early on to mitigate “sticker shock” typically associated with Design-Bid-Build delivery methods. LPA remains engaged throughout the construction phase, working with the Builder and Client to assist with questions or issue clarifications regarding the design intent.
