Our service includes Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Construction Detailing, Bid Coordination, Building Permit and Construction Administration, constantly considering budgetary constraints; we strive to come up with creative design solutions to make sure we could maximize client’s investment and expectations. We approach architecture as a journey, with each project unique to the client and the context. To do so a strong and proactive relationship/collaboration between the parts is the pivoting point of every challenge. We see the process of Designing as a never- ending learning experience, on both ends; it could be the recipe to create spaces that are not yet familiar and incredibly surprising. The ethos of the practice is driven by imagining Architecture as a composition of spatial elements such as atmospheres, materiality, landscape, lights, shadows and sounds. Elements that together allow us to imagine spaces that is not yet constructed. We believe that the role of the architect is to consider, understand and ultimately focus on those physical and social elements during the design process to generate spaces curated for the users to engage with.
