Highly recommend Kenneth Abrams! We used Kenneth for our new home that needed both interior and exterior renovations. We were extremely impressed with his ability to incorporate beautiful architectural design and basic functionality for our growing family.

Kenneth is a fantastic human being. He has great ideas and is excited about solving problems. That's what I wanted and needed in an architect. I had a very unique project and he took the extra steps to learn about the intricacies of not only my needs, but also the possibilities of how to satisfy those needs. Kenneth worked from start to finish on a big addition and renovation that we just completed. His designs incorporated all the elements we were looking for to update our 1923 home while still seamlessly blending it into the existing house. He was able to give us options we would never had envisioned and was always available for advice. We couldn’t be happier with his work and the finished product!!

Kenneth worked with us on a major renovation of our first floor and master bath. He was full of great ideas, and had some innovative solutions that worked very well. He stopped by very frequently over the course of the project, and his opinions were always helpful. Kenneth helped to plan and design the construction of our new home. We met with him to discuss all of the details of our dream house that had taken us 15 years to decide to build. The attention to detail and care that Kenneth put into the design and layout of the house while considering our wish list was amazing. Our house isn’t a “cookie cutter design” and we get compliments on its originality all the time, while at the same time it fits in to the feel of our neighborhood. He ensured that our house was functional and that the structure was in compliance with all local building codes. He drew up the plans that our contractor found easy to execute. After the plans were completed, Kenneth continued to oversee the construction process until it was properly completed. He was always available to answer questions and made himself available to stop by the site to ensure that his vision and our dreams were fulfilled in the creation of our home. We knew we would be happy with what he created based on other jobs we saw that he designed, but working with him was always pleasant, professional, and we undeniably made the right decision by hiring him.

We purchased an older home with 'good bones' that needed a major renovation. We researched and met with several architects in our area. We decided to go with Kenneth Abrams after our initial consult. He was very easy to speak with and had a clear vision. Additionally, Kenneth listened to our needs for the space and that was reflected in his initial design. He offered us 3-4 different proposals to choose from which helped us feel involved in the design process. These preliminary plans were completed quickly for us to review. Kenneth was efficient and considerate of our timeline. His designs optimized natural lighting, created a functional flow and balance while creating a more open floor plan in our older home. Seeing his designs transform a fixer upper into our HOME was amazing.
