Located in the coastal community of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, JustDESIGN is a full service design firm focusing on custom residential design. Specializing in creating designs along scenic highway 30-A and the surrounding area, each project is as unique as the clients that we serve. JustDESIGN has a distinct skill for listening to their clients and the surrounding site conditions to produce original and thoughtful designs. JustDESIGN is owned and operated by its founder, Sarah Justine Ferrall, who is committed to operating a design based practice in a just and fair way. Having earned her Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design and Master’s degree in Architecture, Sarah is a licensed Architect and registered in the States of Florida and Minnesota. She maintains an active membership with the AIA (American Institute of Architects) and is NCARB (National Council of Architectural Registration Board) Certified. Sarah is experienced with the unique requirements of building a home along the Emerald Coast. When working with JustDESIGN clients can expect a professional atmosphere and excellent client service.
