Our capabilities range from feasibility studies to master plans, full design services through contract administration. Our mission is to serve you and provide the best design solutions through innovation, expertise and customization. Jonathan Wolfe has been delivering his diverse architectural skills and unique design experience to residential and commercial clients for more than 10 years across various markets and environments. As a licensed architect in New York, New Jersey, Florida and Hawaii, Jonathan has worked on a variety projects with both small design firms and large, international organizations, residential clients and commercial projects across the United States. From the design of large-scale civic projects for the City of Denver and the United Nations, to the detailing of traditional residential designs, he is comfortable negotiating both the nuances and dramatic differences that exist from one building program, project team, or construction type to another. Jonathan received his Master of Architecture from the University of Colorado and is a certificate holder with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and an active member of the American Institute of Architects.

I recently hired Jon for an apartment renovation project in NYC and it's currently under construction. He is very professional and down-to-earth. Our contractor was impressed by the quality of the drawings his office produced. You can tell, from the architectural drawings, that he is very experienced, especially if the project involved a lot of custom built-ins. Most importantly, Jon gets the job done in a timely matter and his service is reasonably priced. I would recommend his office to anyone looking for an architect.

We hired Jonathan for what seemed an impossible task: to transform our ultra-contemporary, yet dated, house into a traditional, timeless home. Although the roofline was classic, the facade, entranceway and overall exterior presentation was Brady Bunch '70s. We were not interested in much demolition and were hoping to complete the project in a short time period and cost-effectively. Magically, Jonathan delivered a complete and successful make-over! Through creative collaboration and his knack for truly listening to our desires, Jonathan produced an amazing transformation with virtually no intrusion on our day-to-day living, within the scheduled timeframe and under budget! Together, we selected perfect finishes and wow-factor details that truly transformed the structure and yet still feels like home. Jonathan is not only a skilled professional and a pleasure to work with, but more importantly, he becomes personally invested as a true partner in the project. Simple awesome!

This past year, I hired Jonathan Wolfe to design a partial kitchen renovation in my 1929 Westchester County, NY home. About 19 years ago, I completely gutted and renovated the kitchen using high-end custom cabinets, keeping the existing footprint. At that time, I did not have the foresight (or budget) to expand the kitchen. Almost 20 years later, with both children in college, I wanted to finally create that open feel that I had been wanting; creating a more inviting place to eat, cook and entertain. The one caveat for this project, however, was that my husband really wanted to keep the custom light maple cabinets, even though I was worried that they reflected a dated 1990’s look. What Jonathan did was he designed a way to connect the old with the new, creating a stunning new open kitchen and dining room. He designed the new archway that opened from kitchen to dining room to mirror the archways throughout the house. Then he designed a peninsula that connected the two rooms, keeping the traditional 1929 feel of the house, but making it more clean-line and open. While this was considered a “smallish” project, it was not an easy one – working on an almost 100 year home and making everything seemed as it all worked together was Jonathan’s absolute special magic. After we changed all the hardware (from brass to polished chrome), put in new lighting, added some new appliances, changed fixtures, etc, the new space and the cabinets work beautifully. We would definitely hire Jonathan Wolfe again for our next project, he is a real pro.
