He is a real pro! Did nice design for me in the old forth ward in Atlanta. Very efficient use of space and he knows a lot about remodeling issues.

John did a fantastic job for us with the plans for our major renovation, which included renovating most of the existing one-story structure, and adding a second story. John really listened to what we wanted, and took his time with us to make sure that we got it. He had great ideas for us, but he never tried to impose his will over what we wanted. We thought we knew how we wanted the exterior of the house to look, but John came up with an idea that we liked even better. John was always very responsive to us and to our contractor, and helped us out when needed during the course of the project.

John's ability to listen to a client and compose a set of plans based on their desires, availability, and design compares to no other. My husband and I worked with John on the renovation of a 3 BR / 2 BA ranch home resulting in a two story, 6 bedroom and 4.5 bath beautiful craftsman style home. John was personable, easy to work with, extremely responsive to our questions and requests, and really brought some innovative ideas to the table. Although we had a number of our own ideas going into the renovation, John was able to add a lot of creative aspects that we had not thought of - and he was always open to our suggestions. We have received a ton of compliments on the design of both the outside and inside of our newly finished home and recommend working with John to everyone looking to do a major renovation.

John is arguably the most insightful architect I've ever worked with. After giving him books, magazines, photos, etc., he came back in his very first design iteration, with the house we currently live in. It was absolutely perfect! He listened and created a spectacular design that we only imagined was possible. John is professional, great to work with, and he also took time to be at the project each day to make sure the house was built as he designed it. We are using John Knight for our second renovation, based on the fabulous job he did with our first home. John tranformed our 1950s ranch into a classic, two story Charleston-style home. The moldings and woodwork he designed were amazing. Everyone who saw the house could not believe it was not new construction, including the folks who bought it. He is extremely easy to work with and caters to his clients taste. We can't wait to see why he does with our latest project!
