Jasmine Terem - Miami Florida

[ I don't see things the way they are. I see things the way they can be. ] Jasmine believes in challenging and changing the status quo. She believes in Fundamental Luxury where architecture and design transcend style effects to be environmentally responsible and engage a strong dialogue with its surroundings and inhabitants. She received her Master’s degree with honors at L’École Spéciale d’Architecture in Paris. Jasmine worked with a number of nationally renown architects in France whose projects included several French landmarks. To balance her knowledge of design and structure, she later joined an engineering firm that also engaged in significant institutional projects. As a project manager, Jasmine conducted with the award-winning architect the delicate rehabilitation of the palace’s 18th-century hospital into a modern Court of Appeal for the Ministry of Justice. Exploring the subtleties of light and form in spaces, with the sun and sand as a natural backdrop, Jasmine moved to Miami Beach in 2008. She worked with an internationally award-winning firm and further refined her sense of simplicity and the lyrical connection between man and nature. Jasmine surrounds herself with a group of professionals for whom craftsmanship is a passion and all take pride in their work. Founded in 2015, our design studio thrives in creating spaces imbued with our clients’ individual voices. Through the use of indigenous materials, color, light and shadow, we embody our clients’ vision into cohesive, distinctive and understated luxurious spaces. The studio prides itself on a keen attention to details and carries that same attention through execution ensuring our clients an uplifting and tailored experience.
