Joshua was a distinct pleasure to work with on our renovation. He had great ideas for problems we didn't think there was a solution for and recommended materials we have fallen in love with. The vinyl wood floors in the basement are especially my favorite and everyone who comes over wants to know where to get them, they look so real! He even fixed our dishwasher while he was here for a walk-through! So knowledgeable about materials, products and construction. Joshua made our home dream project become a reality in less than the projected time. .Definitely recommend his services to anyone.

J. D. Berkeley and Associates did an outstanding job designing our dream home. Joshua's plan provided us with an amazing entertaining and living space that better suits our lifestyle and aesthetic. Joshua and Daniel could not have been nicer or more professional as we progressed from the early stages of this project through the construction phase. Now that we are about to move in, I'm looking forward to the holidays and using my amazing kitchen! I will not hesitate to use J. D. Berkeley in the future or recommend their services to others.

S & L Bates

J.D. Berkeley & Associates planned the extensive renovation of our charming historic farmhouse. They had wonderful, practical ideas, which made it a very beautiful and functional place to live--far beyond our wildest dreams! They were very positive during the process and LISTENED to what was important to us and implemented all ideas to a very happy outcome. It was a great experience. Highly Recommend A++++

Joshua designed a new home for our family while he was located in DC - It was a pleasure to work with him, and now that we have moved in, the excellence of his design is even more apparent. During the planning process, Joshua and Daniel both paid meticulous attention to our vision for the project. This attention to detail persisted throughout the design phases. They demonstrated a desire and ability to address our endless questions and emails as well as a willingness to work with our contractors even after their services were finished. Because of this, we were able to achieve a more consistent and elegant design (and now a house!) than we had ever anticipated. Without reservation, I give J. D. Berkeley & Associates my highest recommendation.
