Interiors by Joann is a thriving two-fold design company, situated between 7th & 8th street on Asbury Avenue, one of the busiest blocks in Downtown Ocean City. OUR DESIGN CENTER: We have extremely talented, well versed interior designers that work for us, able to assist in any job - large or small. We pride ourselves in our ability to pair our clients desires with our design expertise. Within our design services we are able to help you space plan your layout, conceptualize an overall design, brainstorm specific functions & renovations, as well as sourcing, finalizing, and ordering every item from your sofa, down to your coasters. We regularly pull from our 30+ companies to make your space exactly what you want. So sit back & let us do all the leg work for you! OUR STORE: We have a store front that we use to showcase a glimpse of what our design center can offer. You can buy anything from housewarming gifts, accessories, lamps, artwork, & lighting. All the way up to dining tables, sofas, & beds. Our Sales Team in the store are greatly talented in design & can assist you in brainstorming those hard places to accessories, as well as aiding you in finding a specific piece of furniture you might be looking for. We are a small, family-like, interior design business that has been designing homes in Ocean City, NJ for over 42 years. I just received 9815 Corinthian Dr in Stone Harbor NJ as a listing and needed to drive in more traffic. The seller gave me the go ahead to furnish the property. I needed to move fast in order to get done by Memorial Day. I placed the bid out to several interior designers and asked for what was almost impossible. Jaide followed up with me immediately and asked for the blueprints for the property. Within 24 hours Jaide had picture boards for most of the rooms to get me started. Jaide was also taxed with having to pick out items that were either in stock or could get within days. With a couple of iterations on the picture boards, Jaide was ready to go. She had everything ordered and scheduled the deliveries. Once all the items were delivered, she worked day and night to bring it all together. I was supposed to finish up the decorating but got hung up out of town. Jaide stepped up again and went shopping and finished all the decorating. I was highly impressed with Jaide's level of knowledge and design skills, but mostly impressed with her level of professionalism.

Although my project is an ongoing work I am more than happy with how things are coming out. We recently purchased a new home on the beach and it was sparsely furnished. I was looking for something that would not only warm up the space but also be different from how most of the other beach homes were decorated. Not knowing what I wanted was a challenge but Jaide found just the right things to give our home that "WOW" factor. It's difficult when you're not sure what you're looking for but the pieces at Joann's appeal to all styles and tastes. I'm looking forward to the next phase and confident that our new home will be just what we've been dreaming of.

I had used Interiors by Joann in the past and was very pleased with their services. I had another job, a refresh of a rental condo, so I called them to help me. The designer I used had retired but she recommended a young designer named Jaide Kyle. I was a bit nervous because she was so young. My fears were put to rest the moment I met her. She is enthusiastic, and just full of life and wonderful ideas. I left her on her own to come up with a plan within my budget that worked for my space. I was not disappointed! She worked in a new color scheme and lovely accessories to accompany my already existing furniture. I could not have been more pleased. It looked wonderful and my repeat tenants all complimented me on the new look. I could not have been happier with the results. I would highly recommend Jaide. She's a pleasure to work with and gets the job done in a timely manner within your budget.

Interiors by Joann decorated our home from pre-construction to the final touches. They assisted with the blue prints, flooring, roof color, siding color, etc. Ordering tile is very overwhelming, and they helped us through the entire process. When it was time to do the fun stuff like furniture and colors, Joann made it so easy and provided us with amazing choices within our budget. Our house is amazing and it is all because of Joann! I highly recommend Interiors by Joann for a huge project or just a decorating update or small accent pieces!
