Design Studio VOID is a full-service boutique design studio based in Los Angeles, California. We offer a very personal approach to every client, making sure that each project tells its unique story. With extensive research, with careful attention to the details and environment, we provide practical and elegant solutions to complex problems.
Our studio believes in the power of architecture – it impacts our lives every day; while sometimes staying unnoticed on the background level, it is always intuitively understandable by everyone. Before the design process begins we do a quick feasibility study and zoning analysis to understand the possible opportunities and restrictions to the property
Design
We will embrace the challenges and provide you with creative, functional, and cost-effective design solutions to meet your needs because your best interests are our best interests
Permit + Construction
With our in-house expediters we will submit the project to the City, respond to any required corrections and get it permitted

Pricing:
Our pricing is fixed and process-based. Design fees based on a percentage of project cost are not always appropriate for all projects. This is especially true for the less complicated smaller home improvement projects. With us, you only pay for the services you need.
