Foliage is headed by Arun Vidyasagar. He gradated from College of Engineering, University of Kerala, India at Thiruvananthapuram in 2003. Worked as a Junior Architect with Silpi Architects, under Ar. Sebastian Jose for a brief time, and set up own practice in the name " f o l i a g e " in 2005. Along with practice, working with Ar. Prashant's ( Prasaanth & Associates, Kozhikode) Kochi office gave me strong rooted growth in understanding of architecture, methodology, sensitiveness to good practices and evolving as a mature designer. Along with gaining, good leadership skills by heading the office in Kochi for almost 2 years. In 2008, I left Ar. Prashant, to fully concentrate on my practice independently. Running 16th year of practice now, foliage handles bespoke clients and projects ranging from private homes, to mass housing , hospitality, educational institutions, corporate offices, etc. Arun also teach at SCMS School of Architecture, Karukutty, Kerala as an Asst. Professor.
