Falconnier Design Company far exceeded my expectations! They were responsive to my vision for my project and developed complete professional construction plans for my home project. They have a wide array of completed projects from commercial, residential, to houses of worship.I would never consider using another architecture firm. A+++

Damon and his team have provided exemplary service throughout the building process. We have just finished framing, and both we and the builder have been extremely happy with Damon and his team. We currently live in Houston and are building in Tennessee, and the builder/architect relationship has been outstanding. They work very well together, and all issues have been resolved before we are even aware of them (and there have only been a few). Having Damon do all the drawings was the right decision. The builder has not needed the services of a structural engineer, and the level of detail has reduced the cost of construction. The expense of the extra drawings was more than recovered in construction cost savings and the speed at which the build has progressed.

Damon and Rachel did an outstanding job with our initial floor plan and elevation drawings. After a 2 hour in person consultation, his first pass at our floor plan was about 95% of what we wanted, and with a few quick back and forth it was done. This while Damon is in TN and I'm in TX. Timing was as promised each step of the way, even though it was about 6 weeks between our initial consultation and the first set of floor plans (as planned). He brings 30 years of experience to the job, and it shows. His initial projections on total sq ft was very accurate.

My husband and I were very fortunate to use the services of Falconnier Design. We had been looking at house plans for two years and could not find a plan to fit our needs. We even tried another architect with less than stellar results. We immediately felt at ease with Damon. He listened to what we wanted and designed the house with our budget in mind. By using his design methods he saved us twice what it cost us to use him! Architects are not just for the wealthy or big projects. He works on multi-million dollar jobs and small homes. You are treated the same whatever the price of your build. I would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone wanting a professional service done with integrity and respect to the client.

We asked Damon to help us design a whole house remodel. He listened well to our needs/wants and provided us with constructive ideas that resulted in a final solution that was far better than anything we would have come up with just by ourselves. Now we are in construction and Damon has been very supportive of the general contractor as we've encountered various structural issues. Damon is a pleasure to work with and we would gladly do it again.

I have known Damon for over 10 years and when we needed plans to add a large screened porch, he was the first architect I thought of because I knew I could trust him. That's very important. Damon met with our entire family around our kitchen table one evening and asked my wife, two of our children ( a third is away at college) and me what we wanted in the design. He listened and asked questions to help us make initial design decisions. He took my wife and I to two finished projects so we could see various options. The project involved determining the best way to tie the replacement back porch in to the roof line and make it aesthetically pleasing. We got too options in our initial design that showed great thought on the options. Damon did a great job of explaining the options and the limitations of the different options. The initial deliverable was a complete set with four options since we couldn't make a firm decision. From these, he created a single conceptual drawing of our final decision. For the second step, we received six prints of the full stamped construction drawings and he recommended a qualified builder we are evaluating. Damon was always prompt for in person meetings and took my calls or worked with me promptly by text or e-mail which was much appreciated.

Soooo pleased to have found Damon. He paid attention to details and has been most helpful in designing our new kitchen space. I highly recommend professional help in remodeling. He made suggestions (that we adopted) and was helpful in locating a contractor to guide us through the remodel. Obviously, I recommend FDC very highly!

Our project involved a total kitchen remodel, master bath expansion, and significant expansion of our outdoor space. Falconnier Design used my unusual requests and prepared drawings to remodel our home to meet our lifestyle. They were able to design custom cabinetry, pantry, and walk-in closets to increase storage space, a tiled room floor to ceiling for our hot tub and massage chairs, and a kennel including an area for our dogs to sleep, special bathing area with steps, sink, and area to store food, toys, medicines, etc. The front entrance, shower, and doorways were designed to be handicap accessible for future needs. I was made aware of any budget or any other modifications before changes were made. Because of their experience with different types of construction projects, they were able to solve problems. The staff were enjoyable to work with and very professional.
