Environs Architects/Planners was established in 1985 in Collinsville, Illinois to provide professional architectural design services using current production technology available through computer aided design and drafting systems to meet clients demands. Commissions in Illinois, Missouri and other states have continued to increase the demands on the firms capacity and fostered a pattern of steady growth. As the sole proprietor, Mr. Sapp is personally involved in each project commissioned for service from the point of contact with the client through the project closeout. Today the firm is striving eagerly to serve the varying needs of its clients while stressing the importance of Value Architecture. Fulfilling the goals of the service oriented business of an architectural practice requires a thorough understanding of the client’s needs. Whatever the function each building must provide, clients expectations are clarified through discussions, questions and honest communications. Focus is maintained on the client’s goals through personal service and by monitoring the project at every stage from programming through construction. When the work that has been contracted is complete, we will, together with the client, evaluate the results.
