With 30 years of experience and licensed in the states of New York and Connecticut. He works collaboratively with clients to create sustainable, energy efficient solutions with emphasis on quality construction. Ray selected Architecture as a profession due to an aptitude for understanding construction and a love for efficiency. With the adoption of new building codes and the constant introduction of new building materials, the need for knowledge of building science and how to employ it in cutting edge construction detailing is imperative. A “Sense of Place” which was the Dean of Architecture at Kansas State University Bernd Foerster’s mantra. Each part of the country has its own climate and historical setting and style of Architecture or “Sense of Place”. Buildings in New England should reflect the historical references of New England.
