We hired Kevin to do a total renovation of our cottage. Our motivation was to add a screened-in porch, and at the same time redesign the rest of the interior to make the cottage more functional. We didn't want the porch to look like an add-on to our old cottage. Kevin met with us and immediately understood what we were looking for. His first concept design was the one we went with. Kevin's new design of our cottage fit perfectly within the rocky topography of our property. The renovated cottage looks like it has always been there, only much better. We were impressed with Kevin's level of expertise and professionalism. Together we transformed a homely bungalow built in 1954 to an attractive and functional home. Kevin (Crozier Designs Inc.) provided us with an incredible plan for our entire home renovation. He worked with us through the entire renovation process and helped us to choose the best contractor for our project. His innovative design guided the renovation of our cave like master bedroom into a gorgeous unique master suite with cathedral ceilings and beautiful natural light. He also designed our master bathroom and kids bathroom, with beautiful views of our property and a functional layout that we still love two years later. His design incorporated everything we asked for while respecting our budget. We love our new spaces and can't wait to work with Kevin again in the future.

We hired Crozier Designs for a significant addition to our Muskoka property. We were very pleased with the detail of work completed, it's timeliness and the research completed to ensure compliance with local building codes. We enjoyed the creative design interaction with Kevin and felt our desires were well understood and translated into the design effectively. Kevin was an excellent communicator and easy to work with. Kevin Crozier designed our Boathouse with living quarters above. Our footprint was pre-determined by local bylaws, which was a limitation.He listened carefully to our needs, from both a function, direction of light and shade, and style point of view. He put together three very different draft plans, all of which surprisingly, met our criterion. After careful deliberation, we concluded that the plan that we initially liked the least, was by far and away the best for our needs. Kevin stuck to our schedule, and was extremely helpful in evaluating the three draft plans, as per their strengths and trade offs. He was able to be critical from a technical point of view.. He made adjustments to the chosen plan, based on suggestions that we discussed. Kevin stayed within budget throughout the process. During construction, we realized an addition to our design, would add tremendous utility, and Kevin quickly put the addendum together, so that construction was not interrupted. He did a great job for us, and we would call him first for future projects.
