Founded in 2015, Chaser Gaffney Architecture is a full service architecture firm based in Brigantine, New Jersey. Specializing in custom residential design, we focus on coastal architecture. We see each project as an opportunity to positively impact the lives of everyone who experiences it. We grew up here on the ocean and bays, sailing, surfing, fishing, rooted in the island lifestyle, and we aim to convey this culture in our architecture throughout the Jersey Coast. We are connected to the environment, ever inspired by our natural surroundings, and strive to achieve the same relationship with the buildings we design. Building a home at the shore can be a challenging process, but we enjoy working through the complexities and nuances with our clients while meeting their requirements. Our design approach paired with solid construction knowledge allows us to be efficient in our process, and produce high quality projects that capture your unique vision. Chaser Gaffney is a registered Architect in New Jersey and Florida. Chaser was born and raised in Brigantine, NJ. After graduating with a BA from the University of Miami School of Architecture in 2006, he moved out west to Santa Fe, NM where he learned how to build high quality custom homes under the mentorship of Architect/Builder Robert Ritter. Following that, he moved back to the east coast where he worked for SOSH Architects, a high end gaming and hospitality architecture firm. Working in this fast paced environment, he learned how to manage all aspects of architecture from initial concepts through final construction. After 5 years, he had experience managing multi-million dollar nightclub, restaurant, and casino projects. His passion however was in residential architecture, and in 2015 he founded his own practice.
