Caspi Arkitektur & Design was founded in 2007 in Stockholm Sweden. Since then, we have been commissioned to design and build several buildings of different scales, including offices, houses, house extensions, interiors, landscapes, etc. At Caspi Arkitektur & Design, we live for Architecture. No project is too big or too small for us. We have passion for what we do and consider the client should be the person with the last word- we only help materialise their dreams! We have several years of expertise in the Design and Construction business between us, which makes us proficient in the field. We have worked in a variety of projects in the past thirteen years, which have given us a great background and knowledge in buildings of different scales. Because we have worked in several countries in Europe, North and South America, we know that each client is unique and has different needs, and their projects reflect this. Every project deserves our full commitment, no matter the scale!

We asked Heliana to come up with a very specific design for a complementary building to our house after struggling with different ideas, current and future needs and rules. Not only she has delivered in time and form but has guided us smoothly through the whole process, showing an excellent knowledge of regulations as well as a superb handling of matters with the county council, which would have been more difficult had we done it ourselves. I highly recommend her studio if you are looking for a thorough, experienced and efficient professional, that shows style in creativity, a vision for future potential and above all, a genuine commitment to the project.

I contacted Heli with regard to a villa I was looking to buy that needed renovation. The project did not come through in the end but Heli was consistently professional and competent in all our interactions. Her ideas were creative and practical and with her knowledge and contacts in the industry we were quickly able to meet with a builder and work on costs and possibilities. Heli is flexible and easy to work with and quickly understood my requirements. She also has a good idea of building laws and regulations which I found to be very useful. I would definitely work with Heli in the future and have no hesitation in recommending her to those needing the services of an architect.

Heliana visat en stor flexibilitet i att bemöta mina behov. Jag hade idéer för 2 små nybyggda utrymme hemma för en stor barnfamilj och hon gjorde presis det jag bad om. Utifrån mina idéer justerade hon så att blev fick jag ytterligare idéer och information så dessa utrymme kunde fortsätt byggas och inredas så de det mest funktionellt som möjligt. Jag uppskatta att hon tog sig an en så lite uppdrag men behandlade det med det samma respekt och professionalism som de stora byggen hon bruka ta sig an.

Pretty Good Overall: Heliana Caspi designed a proposal for an extension of our house from 1924 in Bromma Stockholm. We met Heliana once and provided her with some basic scanned drawings. Heliana digitized the existing drawings and designed an Entrance of some 14 sqm typical for the area and our house, i.e. typical 1920's style. She delivered in time and with good quality, we are happy with her work.

We hired Caspi Arkitektur & Bygg as they were recommended to us by a friend that used them before. We had bought a house that was literally falling to pieces and we were in urgent need of a designer that could take care of all aspects of the project, including an extension, the restauration of the exisiting and the interior design. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and how well Heliana Caspi (the owner of the company) dealt with our project. We were prioritised at all times and really felt we were being listened to. She took care of everything from inception all the way through to completion, dealt with authorities and brought in a team to get the the project built. Caspi A&B works with a network of building companies that can build their designs for you, which is very handy if you don't know anyone in the area. We can highly recommend them, we are very satisfied with them and wouldn't hessitate in working with them again.

We engaged Caspi Arkitectur & Bygg to advise, design, and draw plans for a 2 storey house extension and also provide drawings for internal design. In addition, Heliana submitted, and liaised with the local Kommun to ensure planning permission was received. The drawings were to a good standard and Heliana provided good advice and suggestions based upon her experience and knowledge. All work was completed within the agreed timeframes. Heliana was also very proactive in dealing with the local Kommun to ensure a quick around and approval of the building plans. I would definately recommend Caspi Arkitectur and Bygg for a friendly, reliable and professional service.

We decided to build a sauna in our guest house and also to rebuild our garage in our villa into an area to live in with bedrooms, tv room, separate entrance and a bathroom. We got all the help we needed from Heliana and really liked her suggestions. She was with ur throughout the whole process. Great work and I would definitely use her services again!

We hired Caspi Arkitektur & Bygg after a recommendation from one of our friends. Our proposal was large and seemed complicated as we needed to build another storey onto our house. Happily, they took charge of the project from the design stage, including planning permission, and overseeing construction until everything was completed. Heliana and her team took care of all stages of the project. We felt she listened to our wishes and came up with intelligent ideas and solutions to suit our needs. Her attention to detail is impressive and her builders followed her drawings, doing an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone that needs an architect/designer. Having dealt with others in the past, I can say this is the most professional and customer orientated one I've met.
