Hello, my name is Caroline Lee and I draw custom homes and project manage for Robert Wise Construction, a Design / Build professional in Truckee, California. Our custom home designs are engineered and stamped for build in both CA and NV, and we build them too if the site is located in Truckee. I have worked with Robert Wise for 5 years, have drawn 10 homes and helped project manage 18. I also hold a 5-year Bachelors in Architecture from Arizona State University, a top school for desert modern and mountain modern design. I enjoy designing homes with clean and modern lines, smart and comfortable layouts, and, because I work with a builder, I always keep construction costs (your budget) in mind. You and I will work closely together to create your dream home. After we establish your budget (and stick to it!) my process becomes very graphic. I will create spacial diagrams, elevation sketches, hand-draft a set of floor plans and elevations, and conclude with a set of 3D computer models. My Design/ Build partner, also a home designer, has built nearly 100 homes in Truckee, with a special emphasis on cost-friendly building practices and comfortable, functional floor plans. Our custom home plans are engineered by one of Truckee's senior architects, who holds licenses in both CA and NV. Builders LOVE our designs and plan sets.
