Welcome to our Houzz page for C3 Studio, LLC! Our dream is to produce the best quality workmanship for our clients. The work that you will see on this page is the actualization of our client's dreams. I’ve been asked many times, “What are the three C’s in C3 Studio?” The three C’s are simple, but are the foundation of our team and what we strive to achieve every day; Create, Collaborate, and Construct. I am grateful every day that my work isn’t just a job. Architecture is a way of living, my passion, and my art. After dedicating many years of partnering at another firm, I decided it was time to build my own team. From the shops you frequent, your neighborhood sidewalk, to your very own family room, architecture should enrich your life and how you live. I started C3 Studio, LLC on these principles. Our projects encompass a variety of specialties. Each area comes with its own exciting challenges and rewards, as does each individual project. If you work with us, I hope that our work brings you as much joy as it brings to us!

2014 - 2016 - Served as Architect for the Kosair Raffle Home project in Prospect, KY. This project supports the local Children's Hospital. All services provided by C3 are made as a donation to this great cause. 2016 - Three featured homes in Homerama located in Lousiville, KY

We are extremely pleased with our association with C3 and Josh Pettler in the Asheville office. Josh designed our custom retirement home. His attention to detail and willingness to listen to our dream made the design process a real joy. His professional knowledge is outstanding and his remarkable creativity led to the design of exactly what we had dreamed of for years. Due to my wife's blindness we had very difficult parameters included open floor plan and as much natural light as possible. We built from 450 miles away and relied on Josh to oversee the build. He was a real asset. Additionally we built in a green community and Josh's knowledge concerning energy efficiency and environmentally friendly design were a real plus. I would recommend C3 and Josh to anyone seeking architectural expertise.

Bellwether Design-Build

I build a home for Josh Pettler, architect at C3 Studio. Working with Josh was a pleasure. He was open to site modifications, and was willing to listen to suggestions. In my opinion this a valuable trait to a successful career in architecture.

Beautiful and detailed design work, excellent client services, and very pleasant to do business with... I'm pretty certain there is nothing these designers cannot achieve when it comes to the world of residential (and commercial) design. I highly recommend the team of C3 Studio as they are not just talented designers but wonderful individuals as well.
