Brian Neeper Architecture is a full service Architecture firm licensed in the State of Michigan. Brian Neeper has over 25 years of experience in the field of architecture and construction. Our practice enjoys an emphasis on residential custom home design along with renovations, additions, kitchen design and architectural interiors. We specialize in providing Design that inspires life, delights the senses and brings an imaginative spirit to life. We focus on listening and caring for our client's needs to provide solutions tailored to you, that are creative and as individual as you are. We'll set our services to match your needs from site analysis and preliminary design to construction documentation and interior design. We'd like to help you with all the details that will make your project a cohesive and complete built architecture. Brian did a fantastic job on our major renovation and addition in GP Farms. The builder's initial architect failed to deliver and Brian had to be brought in late during the process - with just a couple of weeks to finalize and submit plans. In a short timeframe he made key changes and recommendations that transformed the build and brought outstanding results. Originally 4K+ SF 1950's Colonial with many smaller broken up rooms and bad flow. ~$350K reno project with small addition. Completely updated with new floor plan for first and second floors, with modern open concept, great family entry/mud room, huge master suite, second floor laundry etc. - blending the historic and original character of the home with modern family needs. Highly recommend.

With over 14 years of experience working with Brian as a custom home builder, I have grown to really appreciate and admire his ingenuity and passion for great architecture. Often working with a focus on client inspired timeless designs, Brian's expertise extends to many different architectural forms and impressions. While he is very aware of what’s "trending" he is tactful and does not try to push one specific style or influence, which you tend to find with many architects or design firms. Currently Brian and I are working together on several high-level projects throughout the Birmingham and Bloomfield communities. It has been a real pleasure working with him and highly recommend Brian Neeper Architecture P.C. to anyone looking to design the home of their dreams!

He did beautiful work and had great design ideas, but was really receptive to my ideas and open to changing things based on my input. We had a great experience working with him and LOVE our finished design. He is also a super nice guy which helps :)

Brian is a very talented architect and has worked with Robertson Homes for a number of years. We value our relationship with Brian and are currently working with him on a new community in the City of Detroit and one in the City of Ferndale. We have hired Brian to be the architect for two extensive home remodels. Brian has done a fantastic job repurposing our home from a choppy 1950s floor plan to a modern, open space that aligns with our family's lifestyle. Brian has a great understanding of the technical side of architecture (our home had some significant structural issues that needed to be resolved), but he also has a wonderful sense of style--adding creative ideas to the plans that made the difference between an average, predictable house and a beautiful, custom home with impressive architectural details. We would highly recommend Brian--he is super-talented in his field--a true artist, and he is easy to work with as a businessman--responsive, collaborative and well-priced.

Deciding to build our own home to get everything we wanted just how we wanted it was easy. Facing the actual process quickly became overwhelming and a little bit scary. We had never built a home before - where to begin?? I went straight to Brian Neeper because he designed many of my favorite homes in the area. He took us through some of his completed (gorgeous!) homes and we were all in. After a few meetings with Brian where my husband and I rambled about styles and features we liked and disliked, lifestyle factors and dream house wish-lists, Brian designed a house that pretty much nailed it! We have made mostly cosmetic revisions and suspect the whole project will have a series of tweeks which Brian will be right there working with the builder on until the house is finished. Besides being a brilliant architect, Brian is a complete professional with a great sense of humor which has made this process smooth and enjoyable.

Brian has helped in creating my vision of my new "looks like your Grandma lives there now" home, into a "cool, contemporary, rustic and natural" personal oasis. I told him what I wanted and he listened to me, with consideration of my budget and making changes where they were most important. Brian is professional, kind, and extremely intuitive as to translating your visions into blueprint form, therefore working with the builder to make it reality.
