BJP Projects

Formed in 2009, BJP Projects are a multidisciplinary Architectural Design Practice. We have a broad and varied experience in both the Architecture and Construction industry and have a passion and interest for a wide variety of build types, ranging from cutting edge contemporary buildings, eco architecture and historic/listed buildings. Prior to setting up BJP Projects, company founder Ben Potter had worked for award winning Architects practices in the UK and New Zealand since graduating from Plymouth University in 2004. During this period, valuable experience was gained working on a variety of schemes including high-end residential new builds for developers and private clients, bespoke extensions, listed buildings, barn conversions and commercial projects such as schools and large-scale retail outlets. As well as being involved with all elements and processes of Architectural Design, BJP Projects also immerse in the practical side of building construction and are regularly directly involved in the construction of our schemes. We have also built up excellent working relationships with quality local building contractors as well as other specialist construction professionals. BJP Projects also collaborate with other Architectural practises and are commissioned to carry out certain work stages on their behalf – this usually involves the production of technical working drawings from their conceptual designs in order to gain the necessary approvals from Building Control and for structural engineers, energy assessors and building contractors to work from. We take great pride in our work and our designs and quality of drawings are regularly praised by our clients and other construction professionals for their detail and clarity and the majority of our work over the years has come from recommendation, word of mouth and repeat clients.
