Lynn has watched this area change and grow over her lifetime. Most of her recent and current projects are located in Moore and Cumberland Counties. She maintains a personal interest in the vitality and visual quality of the Sandhills. In her practice, Lynn has designed commercial and institutional buildings for private and public municipal clients. Her residential projects range from custom houses, barns and horse farms to townhouses and condominiums. She has demonstrated her dedication to quality design with a great diversity of project types from The Gibbon Exhibit at the National Zoo in Washington, DC to The Village Hall in Pinehurst, from hangers for A-10 Warthogs to medical offices for Carolina Behavioral Care. Robert Anderson joined the firm in July, 2005. Prior to that, he was the Principal-in-Charge of the Southern Pines office of Hayes-Howell, PA Architects. He has worked on many project types including Educational, Institutional, Medical, Multi-family housing, Private Residences, Office, and Commercial. Robert’s skills with visualization methods ensure that clients take part in the evolution of the design and understand the nature of their project at every step. Robert’s designs have resulted in design awards at the national, state and regional levels. The project sizes in his portfolio range from $10,000 for construction to $18 million and from 250 square feet to 300,000 square feet, with Master Planning up to 150 acres.
