I am Lee Kartis and I want to help you design your dream home. Whether it's a new build or a remodel, I provide distinctive world class designs that can be seen from Hawaii to the East Coast and in magazines such as Architectural Digest, LUXE..., Ocean Home..., This Old House... and VENICE. Together we will transform your personal vision from an idea to a precision scale 3D model with both interior and exterior details. This allows you to fully see and understand your home before construction, while changes are still quick and simple to make. Just supply me with a property survey and photographs, and I will start by creating your property's terrain in 3D. It will be geo-located for both actual sunlight and realistic views. In the case of remodels the existing structure will also be included. During the process we will meet online via Team Viewer. You will see my computer on your screen, while you can use your curser to point at things. This puts us virtually side by side while reviewing the progress. All Building Restrictions including; setbacks, height and lot coverage will be considered, as well as all exterior Hardscape, snd HVAC runs. If you choose I can assist you with Interior Design, including all finish materials, fixtures, and hardware, as well as custom cabinetry and railings., These will be presented on design boards and scale plans. When the design is complete I will create a full set of Scaled Plans and can include; Door, Window and Fixture Schedules, Material Counts, and Tile Layouts. These documents along with Motion Videos and Photorealistic Renderings will communicate in great detail the design to your Contractor and Engineer. both of which I can collaborate with as needed.
