We are planning on building a new home on a narrower We requested Tanya's assistance in designing a home that would fit the parameters of our unique lot space and that would incorporate a floor plan of our own design. Tanya was very responsive and patient with our inquiries and requests for modifications. She offered helpful insights along the way. She is also affordable and was willing to take on our unique design. We found it most helpful when we were able to meet in person. Making modifications by email has its challenges and some miscommunications occurred. Overall, we were very pleased with the final product. Thank you, Tanya!

You can tell she has a lot of experience and expertise through her ideas and suggestions. She will draw up layouts and elevations based on what you’re going for and then tweak and make changes to make your plan exactly how you want it. She helped us design a beautiful home. We had a difficult project adjusting home plans to fit on a steep side of a mountain in Park City, Utah. We also added a garage, a bathroom, a fireplace, a spa room, an extra closet, and a covered entryway to the existing plans. Tanya was extremely patient with us as we went back and forth with what we wanted. She also suggested some great ideas that we incorporated. Everything was done in a timely manner with a lot of professionalism. The price was reasonable and less expensive than an architect for the same service. Highly Recommend!

Tanya has been easy to work with. I believe knowing what you want before meeting with a designer is necessary. Also being open to suggestions and adapting is necessary as well. We made adjustments throughout the process and we have come up with a garage shop plan that is perfect for our family. I would use her again for future projects.

Tanya was amazing to work with! She did such a great job drafting the plans for our dream home. I came with a custom house plan that I had personally drawn up. She took the plan and made it come to life while offering wonderful suggestions and ideas that we hadn't thought of all throughout the process. She uses Revit so she's able to create 3D renderings/views of your future house inside and out. Two of the greatest things about Tanya that I think set her apart from other architects out there (besides her unbeatable price) is one, how thorough and detail-oriented she is, and two, her quick turnaround time and responsiveness! She would send over versions of our plan with 3D renderings/views of the interior and exterior to make sure things were looking how we wanted them. Whenever I asked her to make any adjustments to the plan, she made them either that same day or the next, each time sending me the new renderings/plans to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted. Overall, Tanya is a great designer and she will help you design the home of your dreams! I would (and have) recommend Tanya to any family member or friend looking for someone to design/draw up the plans for their home!
