We have a proven background in roof and structural design and also display attention to detail. We keep up to date with current design trends for new projects, and we can often blend in renovations to look like they’re part of the original construction. Our structural design background allows us to assist our clients in making them aware of what is possible. During the design process we also advise them on current requirements for the development code, and local council authority planning schemes. With a complete set of building approval issue construction drawings you will save on the cost of engineering and your builder will be able to commence costing the project straight-away. We have many engineers that we work with and they can confirm our structural details are of a very high standard. We are also HIA Greensmart Accredited and have designed Energy Efficient Homes and achieved as high as 10 Stars on some of our current home designs. We can provide a walkthrough of your new home or renovation through our excellent computer rendered 3D Modelling Software. You will be able to see what your project will look like before its built. We can also produce colour 3D Elevation Perspectives upon request. Many builders use these quality images to promote their projects. We have consultants we regularly work with such as Engineers, Building Energy Rating Assessors, Building Certifiers, Suppliers,and Building Subcontractors. The end result? Our clients can have complete confidence in the design, and completed working drawings. In turn their builder and associated trades will have a quality set of drawings to work off, bringing their project to reality.
