Wholesale Cabinet Supply

Had many issues with this company with installation etc. 2yrs after installation we developed an 8 inch crack in the quartz countertop. Countertop company was subcontracted by WCsupply company. Many phone calls and emails have gone unanswered and countertop company said they didn’t have time to look at the countertop and to find someone else. Neither WCsupply company nor the subcontractors they hire, stand behind their work. Would not ever recommend this company to anyone!

Mixed Bag -- While the cabinets are great and absolutely meet our expectations, we were very disappointed in the customer service. We expected that our cabinets may take extra time given the COVID-19 situation, but the communication from Wholesale Cabinet Supply regarding delays was terrible. We received an email from Wholesale Cabinet Supply indicating that our cabinets would arrive by December 11 with instructions regarding inspection, what to do in the event of damage, etc. There was no tracking number, and no future communication. As the December 11 date approached, I contacted the company to ask for an update to verify the delivery date so I could schedule our contractor for installation. They told me the date originally provided was accurate although there was no way for them to track the shipment. The suggested I contact the trucking company, which referred me back to the Wholesale Cabinet Supply. Ultimately the shipment was delayed by 3 weeks, and we had to bump our contractors multiple times which didn't make anyone happy. Upon delivery several of the key pieces of the cabinets were missing from the order. They were marked as missing on the packing list, so the company should have known about it. When I called to let them know, they sounded surprised, then took over a week to discover that there should have been a second delivery with the missing items that was forgotten then ultimately lost. We provided a list of the lost/missing items that took multiple emails to simply confirm. The lost/missing items had to be manufactured and painted, taking another 2 months. The Wholesale Cabinet Supply had no idea how long it would take and kept giving us new expected delivery dates rather than admitting they didn't know when they would be done. Upon delivery of the previously lost/missing items, we discovered that some of the order was incorrect and we had to have that portion manufactured, painted, and shipped again (another month). When coordinating this third shipment we asked for an additional single piece of crown molding increasing our order from 4 pieces to 5 pieces. They tried to charge us $169 for the piece of wood plus $200 to paint it ($369 for a single piece of crown). That was approximately double the price we paid for the first 4 pieces. After calling multiple times requesting some sort of discount to make up for their previous errors, they finally removed the cost of the paint without any communication (I simply received a new invoice). I asked multiple times if there was anything they could do to make up for their errors that caused us another 3 months of using a camp kitchen set up in our garage during the Idaho winter. We never received an apology, the company never admitted they made a mistake, they blamed COVID-19 and shipping problems, and had many other excuses. So while the cabinets are nice, the customer service was terrible. Don't expect them to be able to tell you when your cabinets will arrive.

Scott is a great contractor to work with. He planed out the kitchen and made any changes I may have needed. the items came in a very timely fashion. I bought the Plymouth line. They were of very good quality. From start to finish Scott was there every time I needed him. I would highly recommend hiring this company.

Scott was the most helpful person whomi have ever dealt with over the phone over the Internet. No matter what time,if he was off , whenever. Absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.....
