We are very pleased with our new kitchen cabinets. Brenda from USA cabinets was extremely helpful in helping us design our kitchen and was available throughout our kitchen remodel. We did run into a few issues during construction (e.g., installer was fired mid-project which resulted in some delays; miscommunication regarding exact electrical work that was excluded vs. included in the bid, etc.). However, the issues were eventually resolved and we are very happy with the end result.

We had game room bar cabinets installed by USA Cabinet Store on Kirby a couple of years ago which worked out pretty well. When the time came for remodeling our kitchen I called them with no hesitation. They did an amazing job. Tony has been nice and very patient to work with from the design period and he made sure all the ideas in my mind were manifested in the design. Joseph on the other hand did a fantastic job being the project manager, monitoring the progress and coordinating the different crews to execute in the right order with no issues. I admire their customer-oriented attitude and will continue to work with them in the future.

We had new kitchen cabinets installed by USA Cabinet Store on Kirby six years ago but during the pandemic we saw that paint was peeling on the bottoms of some lower doors. This year, when we decided we could allow workers in our house again, Tony Kaplan at USA Cabinets was very helpful by contacting the manufacturer and bringing their rep over to inspect the cabinets. The rep agreed to ask the home office about our issues but the manufacturer decided that we must have done something that violated their warranty. We disagreed but went back to Tony to see what could be done. Tony worked out a deal with the manufacturer that allowed us to replace all the lower and upper doors. Then he helped us pick a new style of door by the same manufacturer that they could switch easily and maintain the color and arrangement of our cabinets. He assured us that there would be no issues with the new style of door. Tony kept us informed of the planned delivery dates for the doors and was considerate of our preferences when scheduling the installation. The installation crew was on time, were very neat and replaced the door handles just like they were originally. The manufacturer matched the color of the new doors perfectly to the original cabinets. We are once again very happy with our “new kitchen”.

The final results were remarkable! Very high quality materials, including stunning quartzite countertops. My husband researched numerous companies for our kitchen renovation. We selected USA Cabinet Store and never regretted our choice. Their staff were professional, friendly, and very hardworking. When we made several changes during the renovation, they didn't balk, they just did the work. Due to the supply chain issue after the pandemic, it took us more than a year to receive the final two pieces of kitchen appliances, they never complained. We now have a new beautiful kitchen, so much larger than before. We have banquet seating constructed by their cabinet maker, Albert Garcia, it came out beautifully. Love my new kitchen from USA Cabinets. Total remodel of 20 year old kitchen in loft space. Desired design was to be sleek industrial European functional with unique features, which Brenda worked diligently to deliver. Final proctor is absolutely gorgeous. Joseph and Tony and staff got everything ordered installed even during pandemic. Showplace Cabinets look great with the paneled Thermador appliances.

I did a bar install and they did a great job- everything was an easy process and good quality.

When we first met Tony he helped us visualize our dream kitchen with the 3-d models and showed several of his other kitchen projects with before and after photos. That visual approach really helped us finalize on a design. The project manager Joseph was very detail oriented and showed up daily at the job site to inspect and guide the crew. He also proposed new ideas to us like adding under-cabinet lights which we were not considering, but now after our kitchen is renovated, they do make a big difference to the look of the kitchen and help light up countertop without adding glare to the eyes. What we also liked was that they had specialized craftsmen for specific tasks like plumbing, appliance, countertop, back-splash etc. which ensured high quality for various aspects of our kitchen renovation project. We liked working with Tony and Joseph on our kitchen renovation project and would highly recommend them to others looking for kitchen renovation.

Brenda and USA Cabinet Store created the design and procured materials for the complete renovation of my 10+ year old master bathroom. The primary goal was to replace the large and unused jacuzzi tub with more usable storage space and to make the entire space more functional and visually appealing, fitting in with the contemporary design of my townhome. Throughout the entire process Tony and Joseph were very responsive and easy to communicate with. We planned our kitchen with Joseph. He did a wonderful job helping us design and develop our plan. He uses the software that helps us visualize the kitchen and allows us to make exact measurements. He never made us pressured or rushed. Joseph gave us really good advice and helped us make good decisions for the design of the kitchen. V-shape waterfall island was Joseph's idea. Installion team of these guys are also cool. They were very professional and worked clean. They really wanted to make sure that every detail was perfect. We had an issue that needed to be addressed a couple weeks after the installation. My plumber chipped one side of the quartz during faucet installation. It was a minor chip but it was right front of my wife's eyes when she was washing plates in the kitchen sink. Joseph scheduled his team immediately and they came back to address the issue with no charge. We definetly recommend this company to everyone.

We discovered USA Cabinet Store after a pipe burst in our kitchen during the winter freeze and Texas power grid failure in February. Initially we only intended to use them to replace our kitchen cabinets, but that scope eventually expanded to include new quartz countertops and backsplash, sink and microwave, and even some reconfiguration of the space to open it up a bit more to the rest of the first floor. When the water pipes burst after the February freeze, we had to remodel our mid-century modern kitchen. Tony came up with a good design that improved the storage and flow issues without relocating plumbing. We liked the Asia Cabinetry in Walnut which was available within a week and had the mid-century modern look we wanted. Joseph was the project manager and made sure the project proceeded as planned. We only provided our own painters. We were very satisfied with all their installers. When issues arose, Joseph dealt with them quickly and without complaint. There were some add-ons during the renovation, but the project remained largely within budget. We love our new kitchen! It was a pleasure to work with Tony and Joseph and we highly recommend them.

The winter freeze necessitated a complete remodel of my kitchen. I was entirely new to the process of design, reconstruction, etc. USA Cabinets reviews were excellent and based upon this I selected them for my project. Joseph provided excellent design, licensed contractors, and customer service. We did not have any issues with the projec. It was completed on schedule.The cabinets we chose were made in the USA. Other stores could not provide delivery of the cabinets for 3 to 4 months. Joseph’s integrity and support exceeded my expectations. You can’t go wrong with USA cabinets. I highly recommend them

Cabinet USA completed a very nice professional job for a very reasonable price. I was somewhat skeptical was taken to this store by my wife. I believed that not only would this kill my pocket book , but I also believed for the amount of money that I wanted to spend that my wife could not get what she wanted. Boy was I wrong… Joseph(Project Mgr) came out and measured my entire kitchen took pictures, and called us about a week later to see his design. It was extremely nice but I was waiting on a crazy amount that this design was going to cost. However, it was more than I anticipated spending so I kind of wanted to talk my wife out of it, but she was sold on the design and I was like okkkkk… From the first payment which we paid in increments to the last we got top notch professional services and I became the one glad that I spend the little extra because EVERYTHING AND I MEAN EVERYTHING was taken care of from start to finish. And Joseph was our project mgr and he was an excellent project mgr ; we couldn’t have ask for a better project manager , that was there to make sure everything was completed and completed correctly. He visited our house in a 2 ½ week period about 4 to 5 times to ensure the work was completed to our satisfaction. We had a small issue after Joseph collected the last payment he made sure the cabinet guy came back out to correct that issue promptly. I must say we are very, very satisfied with quality and service we received from Cabinet USA. They (Joseph/Tony) were nice, helpful, professional and run a solid business that provides you quality service for a fair price. You may pay a little more (really not that much more) but you will thank yourself later when you don’t have the headache of managing the project , and you can leave it into the hands of professionals. My husband and I always wanted a bar and we decided to design one. We took the design to some cabinet stores in Houston but none of them was interested in doing something a little bit out of the box. Then we found Tony at USA Cabinet. He was interested in the project and helped a lot with ideas. The biggest challenge was a floating bar/island. We wanted an island like piece that could be moved around and used as a bar to make drinks or as buffet for dinner parties. Tony found those awesome industrial casters online and the idea worked perfectly. We had some hiccups during the assembly but Joseph and Tony worked hard to solve all the issues. The final result is outstanding. We are very happy with our bar.

After visiting a few stores, USA Cabinet Store surpassed my expectations providing advice about designing my new kitchen, keeping cost within budget and delivering an excellent and very personal service installing the cabinets.

We have our master bathroom remodeling in the summer 2019. We did some research and visited a few showroom in Houston area. USA Cabinets was one of our stop and need look no further. Tony Kaplan is our consultant/designer for the project. Overall, the USA cabinets have a very competitive pricing and the designer take the time to explain the product and options thoroughly. During the installation process, our designer was onsite to make sure the workers complete the job properly and meet our expectations. There were some imperfection with our cabinets and the quartz and our designer have the issues fixed within one day. There is one thing that we didn’t give 5 star because of the wait time for the cabinets. USA cabinets need to work with Kith Kitchen cabinets for a better logistics and delivery time. We have to waited for 2 months for the cabinets to be delivered. Kith Kitchen cabinet blamed on the summer heat and their factory have to shut down.

We had unexpected water damage that ruined portion of our cabinets in our kitchen. Time and budget was a constraint. I am extremely pleased with the quality of service from Esat as well as the quality of the cabinets that I purchased. The cabinets were for my bathroom and the workmanship of the cabinets was EXCELLENT. Esat was a major help in recommending certain items I did not think I needed(fillers, etc.). As the installation was being done, all that Esat told me about was true. With the the fillers and kick plates, I would have had unsightly gaps. The other good part was the turn around time....3 weeks. They are fast, friendly, professional, and I will use them again for my next cabinet venture. I highly recommend them.

We've had this house in our family since 1976 and the wife I thought it was time for a remodel. After talking to many contractors and hear reviews saying that the sub contractors have disappeared and what not, we read reviews about USA Cabinets and they were a really big help, Tony really put our minds at ease. It took them two weeks longer then projected but that is to be expected with an old house but they did the job and WE couldn't be happier!

We are very happy with the result and awarded the flooring project to his firm as well. We are happy with both projects and would award future remodeling.They helped design the kitchen, he was able to understand wife's expectation quickly and come up with good design solutions for her vision. He helped her make selection on the materials, and did a good job in remodeling the kitchen. He was on schedule and did not make the project idle.

After having the floor tiles in the kitchen were slowly start to show the wear and tear of having two kids and 2 dogs we needed to have the tiles changed. We went to all the places you'd think Lowes, Home depot but I didn't like any of them so I decided to go a professional. After going to about three of them we decided to go to USA Cabinets, we walked in and were greeted immediately, sat down with Joey picked out beautiful tiles and after 3 months we now have beautiful tiles.

After talking with a few firms I chose USA CABINET STORE. We had good discussions about possibilities and cost effective solutions, such as rebuilding my kitchen. The $ were reasonable. Also, They came over multiple times to discuss details before starting, and he came over to check on things multiple times during the work.

With a baby on the way we need someone to paint the babies room and their play room and do it correctly. We stumbled upon USA Cabinets with a recommendation from the neighbors who also used them but to redo their counter top. After sitting down with Ricky and finding the color we (mostly my wife) liked and after a week of them painting the room we (I) can have peace and mind about the color of the babies room and play room.

We hired Usa Cabinet Store for remodel out kitchen. After interviewing serveral contractors we decided on Usa Cabinet Store. They were very professional and answered all of our questions and concerns as well as making several suggested design changes.They look better than we were imagining. Totally changed the feel and look of my home. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner.

I found this company online. They have great inventory. The entire process went very smooth and the end product was excellent. We got the estimate on time and their price was very reasonable.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! We first met with USA Cabinet in October of 2016 and ultimately placed a very large deposit on kitchen, bath and entertainment center cabinets for our bungalow remodel. We were assured that delivery and installation of all our cabinets would be completed December 10th of 2016. The bathroom cabinets arrived and were installed with little issue as these had no custom features nor unusual sizes of cabinets or drawers. The problems began when our kitchen cabinets did not arrive. After several calls to USA Cabinet with no response or callbacks, and several repeated attempts to reach our salesperson via email and phone calls, we were so incensed that we went back to the USA Cabinet store to demand answers and find out where our kitchen cabinets were. It was only then that we were informed that our salesperson had been fired due to several vocal complaints from other clients. To add insult to injury, when some of our kitchen cabinets finally did arrive in mid-December, the spice rack drawer, the pots and pans drawer under the stove top, and two smaller adjoining drawers either did not fit or were completely nonfunctional due to improper measurements. In other words, none of our “custom drawers” were custom. Additionally, the “custom” vent hood cover was so large, you would hit your head trying to get underneath it to cook which rendered our entire kitchen useless. After several more months of repeated calls from us, numerous apologies and excuses from USA Cabinet, and repeated visits from USA Cabinet employees to try and retrofit or reorder our “custom cabinets”, we finally got our kitchen completed in March of 2017 - roughly 4 months after the promised date. But the disappointments didn’t end there. Many of the cabinet doors still do not line up correctly and our “custom pantry drawers” are so flimsy that they are already sagging in the middle or the screws have begun to strip and pull away from the walls. We have had to remove and redistribute many of the typical pantry items to the lowest shelf or to an entirely different area of the kitchen which causes a tremendous inconvenience when we cook. We were under the impression that the cabinets would be solid wood construction but have since discovered that they are a substandard particle board. During this entire process the USA Cabinet employees, whom we assume are also the owners, came to our home repeatedly to either take a look or sent someone out to make repairs and they did offer their apologies for the inconvenience this had caused us. They even asked if they could take pictures for their website to show how beautiful it was. Unfortunately, either because of their lack of business knowledge or inexperience in cabinetry, they failed to see the seriousness of the substandard product. We finally got so tired of repeated callbacks and repairs, we politely asked them not to return. Then things got worse. We had a small outstanding balance due on the entire project - our only leverage to actually get them to finish the project. We contacted them and told them that they should absorb the balance because of the delays, poor workmanship, our inability to fully utilize our kitchen and the overall inconvenience to us. We didn't hear back from them so we assumed the matter was closed. Last month, we were surprised to hear from their attorney notifying us that USA Cabinet was demanding final payment in full or they would place a lien on our home for failure to pay. After much hassle, heartache and legal fees (we had to retain an attorney), we gave up and paid off the balance. If it is apparently more important for them to extract money out of a client than to establish a positive reputation as a custom cabinetry company. In the end, they have lost the bigger battle because we will NEVER RECOMMEND them to anyone and we will strongly advise people to stay away from any company that would rather bully you and place a lien on your home than to come to an equitable solution. Good riddance.

The work was completed in a timely manner. A couple of problems occured and were resolved beautifully. Sam Goodwin worked close with me and returned calls ans texts quickly. I was concerned that since t was a small (in the grand scheme of reno work) they wouldn't care. I was wrong. They did a lovely job.

USA Cabinet & Store completed our kitchen Remodel in February . Omer, our designer, was a pleasure to work with - mindful of our budget and working with us to create our vision within our parameters. We had everything defined prior to signing our paperwork so we understood our commitment upfront. Jose and his helper are amazing at coordinating installation work. Most importantly, if there ever was a problem - it was resolved to my satisfaction. They want to insure that you are satisfied with your work. We only had one change and that was due to hidden pipes/ductwork in a soffit - I was very satisfied with the change recommendation and felt that it was priced fairly. I liked that they used Home for Humanity for the demo work - the crew from the organization was very neat and orderly.We love our kitchen

When I went into their showroom I immediately felt that they knew exactly what they were doing. The showroom staff was very helpful and Omer came out to my house the very same day and had a proposal the day after that. I knew that because this was a family-run business that I was going to get good attention to detail and not just be another number to them. I really got my money’s worth. Omer was very careful about not making extravagant suggestions and kept project costs under control. I liked his attention to detail. He thought of things I hadn’t. Usa Cabinet Store is extremely competent, affordable and diligent in getting the work completed. Quality all the way.

Complete kitchen renovation. New floor, cabinets, countertop, sink, pantry door and appliances A FANTASTIC experience from beginning to end. First, their estimate was by far the most affordable for what I had planned for my kitchen...a very straightforward remodel. Second, I worked with Hasan as the main contact for my project and he checked in often to ensure I was happy with the progress, kept me informed on the daily schedule of his team of great craftsmen and with any updates on materials I had wanted changed. Thirdly, they completed the project BEFORE the promise date! Here are a few reasons why I highly recommend USA Cabinet & Store and why I will use them again: 1. The team arrived at my home on time, and were very respectful of the property. They worked 10-12 hours a day to stay within their timeline. 2. They were very conscientious: they carefully taped off the floor and placed plastic in the entryways to help prevent dust. They cleaned up/swept at the end of each day and placed their supplies neatly away in the garage. That says a lot about a company. 3. They asked questions if they weren't sure...they wanted to do it right! 4. They do GREAT WORK! I was truly surprised at the end of each day, at what they accomplished. My kitchen was transformed in 8 days! It's clear that Hasan, Ali and the entire USA Cabinet & Store team are committed to providing a great experience for their customers, doing whatever it takes to create the desired outcome. They are truly a delight to work with. I am more than pleased with my new kitchen...it's exactly as I had envisioned it, and then some. Built a finished , floors, all lighting and a full bathroom If given a ratin scale of 1-5, with 5 being best, I would give USA a 10 !!! It is so hard these days to find not only exceptional quality work, but work that comes in on budget and on time.If you need quality work at an affordable price, USA should be your choice. I needed to change my counter top and found this company online. I called them and they made a schedule for the next day. They came right on time for the estimate, and they invited me to their showroom the one on Kirby. When I got to their place, I was amazed. They have a nice showroom with so many selections. We decided for the granite style and they came for the installation for the next couple days. It was a smooth purchase, and I'm happy to do business with USA Cabinet Store.

We got referral from one our friends who worked with Usa Cabinet & Store a while ago, their professionalism spoke to us and we decided to hire them for our renovation. We remodeled our master bathroom and which included floor plan changes as well relocation of plumbing .The floors were ripped down and they put new sub-flooring before installation the new tile .We also covered the shower the tile from floor to ceiling, everything looks stunning, just like the magazines. The work proceeded without any major issue and we honestly love the end result. We recommend them 100% and definitely will keep the word out for this company.

We have been shopping for a quite while and ended our journey at USA cabinet store about a month ago. Showroom experience was outstanding. We were still worried about the quality, time frame and installation but everything came on time, installed nicely and quality was superb. We got my kitchen remodeled to USA Cabinet Store Houston. They did a wonderful job and we could not be more pleased with their service. Their designer was perfect. He gave us lots of ideas to improve the efficiency of the design. We can say we increased the storage space in the cabinets by at least %15 since our new cabinets have adjustable shelves that I can arrange our needs. Designer also helped us select the cabinet style. Once we discussed all of the suggestions, their designer provided a 3D floor and elevations to show exactly what the layout would look like. When everything installed, the result looked even more impressive than we have anticipated. Our kitchen looks great today.

Usa Cabinet Store remodeled our kitchen, including installing new cabinets, countertops, back splash, and lighting. In addition, they painted our bedroom and family room and installed all new electrical outlet fixtures. We thought that renovating our kitchen would be a nightmare but USA Cabinet Store and his crew made our dream come true. When we first met UCS we appreciated the time he took to explain what we could expect during the remodeling. His workers were skilled in their craft and were a pleasure to deal with. We’re very happy with the finished result. We would definitely call him again for any future home improvements.
