Great selections of materials from lumber to fixtures. Delivery time is also great, usually under 10 days! Very professional reps with hometown customer service. Have worked with them on many projects and would recommend to anyone in Northern Colorado as well.

We worked with Sutherland Lumber and Building to explore options for our kitchen cabinetry. We had the privilege of working with Hannah DeVore, who, while very young, is a tremendous professional. She was very knowledgeable and was also very willing to obtain additional information when she needed to. Hannah was also tremendously patient as we worked through and modified our ideas for the project. Her helpfulness was unusual in the circumstances. We had let her know that we had another cabinet company under contract, but they had failed to meet previous deadlines for cabinetry in other parts of the house. So we were exploring our options against the possibility that our contract cabinet-maker would not come through. As it turned out, we stayed with our original cabinet contractor. But if I had to do it over again, there is no doubt that I would have used Sutherland and Hannah in particular to help us work through this long process. I feel so comfortable at Sutherlands that I plan to purchase tile and other finishing touches for the kitchen from their showroom. Whatever your building needs, weather remodel or new construction, you would do very well to check out Sutherlands Lumber and building supplies. And if you are in need of a design consultant, be sure to check out Hannah DeVore!

I have had the pleasure of working with Hannah Devore on two projects so far. She is extremely knowledgeable of the products and vendors. She understands and can convey the costing and approximate delivery times for components giving me a good view of the project costs and time horizon for various configurations. She is really organized and follows through. I plan to call on her for the next project too. Definitely would recommend her skills.

Excellent and professional service. I had a very knowledgeable and helpful design consultant in Hannah Devore who kindly helped me and guided me so the myriad of design options. The ordering was also very quick and I got what I needed on time.

Sutherlands installed tile back splash in our kitchen. This was a very small job but they gave us the attention one would expect from a much larger project. The products were of the highest quality and the installation was outstanding. We especially appreciated the timeliness of the quote and install. Great work.

Hannah Devore was a pleasure to work with she is always very responsive and helpful with our kitchen designs. We order doors/trim/windows/insulation from Sutherlands the turn around is quick and professional. We have been purchasing material for our properties for 5+years.

The Sutherlands team has been fantastic. Sarah was great in helping us design and select Master Bath and Kitchen remodel tile and granite. She then was just as great as we tweaked with things to perfect the colors and plan. The installation team was equally excellent with real time suggestions throughout the installation process. I would highly recommend working with them in the future.

We went to Sutherland's Design Center when we wanted to have our kitchen remodeled. Niki Evans assisted us, and spent a lot of time designing our kitchen, and reviewing the final design with us. She made the most of our existing space to give us a functional island with drawers, and cabinet space that is large enough for our dishes and small appliances. It has been over a year, and we are very pleased with the results, and love our kitchen.

Comentado: what type of wood and finish is this?This is done in Red Oak which gives it the distinct grain pattern. The stain shown is Ash with a Black Glaze which is, unfortunately, a discontinued finish from Mid Continent Cabinetry. We offer many ...
