We are a small owner operated Local Woodworking Shop based in Guelph, Ontario, we make custom furniture for residential and commercial applications, along with products for our online store, we construct our products using a wide variety of high quality hard & soft wood including Maple, Walnut, Cherry, Oak, Pine, Cedar, and many more, we have the ability to make anything you can think of but some examples are: Custom Entryway Cabinets/storage, Storage Cabinets, Wine Cabinets, Beds, Benches, Live Edge Epoxy Tables, live edge furniture. We protect our creations with low voc. specialized finishes such a Rubio Monocoat, Odie's Oil, Osmo Oil, along with Shellac, Cerused stain finishes, along with more conventional finishes including Paint, just let us know what you are looking for and we can get it done for you

John made us the most beautiful bar cabinet. It was everything I could have ask for. I loved it so much I am getting him to make a matching coffee table.

John did a fantastic job for us. We've hired him twice. First time he made some custom pizza peels for the outdoor wood oven. They're so cool - look like guitars!! Even added a small one for our daughter when we told him how much she loves to help me make pizza's. Then we hired him again to make a custom shelf in our newly finished basement. He matched the colour scheme fantastic and the wood he used looks spectacular. It's not just some laminate, wood pressed, type stuff. It truly is beautiful. My only wish was that I went further with John and got him to create the whole area into a cabinet/bar style set up! We would absolutely use Studio 5 Woodworking again.
