Background: P R Woodward is an independent local furniture company. Founded by Peter Woodward, the company has been designing, making, and carving furniture for eleven years. Peter's passion began in his childhood, working with his father within his cabinet-making business. We have a desire to create beautiful wooden furniture using traditional and contemporary methods. The Paw: The unique logo, which you will find on each piece of furniture, was inspired by Peter's beloved childhood yellow-Labrador (Doofa-Knackle), who spent many days relaxing in Peter's workshop, keeping him company. The Paw signifies our guarantee of quality for each piece we make and with this guarantee, you get a lifetimes warranty on the structural aspects of your purchase. Values: Our company strives for consistency across our range of products, and perfection within each component to create the finished product. Family is at the heart of our business and therefore we treat each customer as we would our family; with love, respect, and support, to ensure that the products they order exceed their expectations. Peter himself is the final judge of quality, with a keen eye for the finer detail. We do not release any products for dispatch unless he would place them within his own home.
