Sobre nosotros
Our focus is to offer you luxurious maple raised panel RTA kitchen cabinets at a lower cost than our competition, which offers particleboard, oak flat panel or cam-lock assembled cabinets. Our cabinetry is priced lower than most home centers, local cabinet companies and other online stores when you compare our construction method, finish and specifications. We are able to provide high-end cabinetry with a deep furniture finish for a much lower cost to you the customer.
We enable you to but cabinets online at wholesale prices. Our cabinetry consists of full overlay, raised panel doors with a decorative applied molding, black glaze on our Mocha and Ginger deluxe, full overlay door styling, superior quality all wood I-Beam box construction, full extension under-mount soft close drawer slides, solid wood dove tailed drawers all for half the cost of our competitions cam-lock construction cabinetry.
Online Cabinets Direct does not use plastic L brackets, metal clips or cam-locks in our assembly. Instead, we use the highest grade construction method on the market today which is I-Beam construction. Our assembly method uses two 1/2" x 4" pieces of plywood which both run in the top dadoes to ensure that once your cabinet is constructed it is square during installation unlike our competitions cam-lock, L bracket or metal clip assembly method cabinets which can become racked during construction and installation which will jeapordize the integrity of your cabinetry. Our cabinets utilize the highest standard pin and glued construction method to ensure you will have your cabinets for many years to come. We simply want you to be able to buy cabinets online with confidence.

Below is our correspondence with you about us replacing the damaged items but you insist that you will file the claim with the freight company directly and go with another company once the claim is settled.

Subject: Re: Damaged cabinets
We can contact the freight company to have the cabinets that were damaged picked up and sent back to us for repair/replacement. Please repack the damaged items back in their original boxes and place them on the pallet for pickup. The freight company will contact you to schedule the pickup. You could file a claim with the freight company if you would like but we can only offer replacement pieces for the ones that were damaged if we file the claim. We are truly sorry about the damage from the freight company, we are happy to assist you on getting these fixed and resent ASAP.
Best Regards,

Subject: Re: Damaged cabinets
My husband and I filed a claim with roadrunner freight. They are sending an inspector to look at damage. I am holding cabinets until inspected and we find out what our options are. I understand you can only repair/replace, but honestly I am not willing to wait another 2 months to have a kitchen. Hopefully the freight company will reimburse, even though I feel the packaging was possibly not adequate enough for safe shipping. Also if they do end up reimbursing and I go with a new cabinet company...If I find someone to repair the cabinets, will I be reimbursed this money for repairs from you, or will this have to go through the freight company? (Than be sent missing items instead of reimbursement)? Don't know which route I'm choosing at the moment, but am extremely frustrated in how this is all going down. Was going to order another $3000 plus in kitchen cabinets to finish my kitchen remodel and will probably have to order somewhere else and not have completely matching cabinets. (I would love to go through you again, but like stated before I'm not confidant that it won't be damaged again because 9 out of 12 cabinets being damaged is terrible odds)
AND if I do end up shipping back to you for repairs/replacing... who pays for shipping?
Our response to you once you stated that you would like to file the claim was:
Hello ****,
Thank you for your email, we can file a claim for you but we would need to do the repairs. If you had someone do the repairs you would need to file the claim with the freight company. You would not be responsible for the shipping to our location and we can triple pack the items upon their return with another carrier. If you would like to order the other 3k in cabinets we could also use a seperate carrier and ship all items together, repaired and new.

Regarding your claims of the cabinets not being packaged for safe shipping, this argument is moot as we ship thousands of cabinets which are all boxed the exact way as your shipment and rarely have damage. Any damage that happens is a direct result of the freight companies handling. All goods that leave our factory are in 100% new condition and inspected by 3 different stations for quality.
When you received your order you called our company to notify us that the freight company damaged some of your cabinets. Upon receipt of your notification we responded back and discussed with you a solution to the damage which was for you to send us back the cabinets at no charge to you so they could be replaced or repaired however you wanted no part of that solution. Since you wanted no part of that solution we informed you that you could file a claim with the freight company or we could file one for you but would need the cabinets back at our location if we were to file the claim. You chose at that time to file a claim with the freight company which took our company completely out of the equation for replacements/repairs. Had you sent the cabinets back as we suggested so a claim could be filed, your damaged cabinets would have been replaced or repaired.
When you filed a claim against us with the BBB, all email correspondence between us and yourself was sent to them and they agree with our company whole heartedly. They acknowledge that our company made a great effort in trying to resolve this with you which is why they closed the claim as invalid against our company and moved it to the freight company alone. Again, we are sorry that your order arrived damaged, if we had been able to file the claim for you this matter would have been resolved but you chose to take the claim directly with the freight company which took us out of the equation.
