While remodeling a bathroom, we discovered that it would be 10 times more expensive with indefinite wait times to replace our solid oak cabinets. That just didn't work for us, so we went on a hunt for cabinet painters and found Kammes Colorworks among others online. Their website beat out all the others with its detailed information about their services and the processes they use that were not offered by others. Lenny responded the same day to our initial inquiry and gave detailed instructions on what he needed from us to quote the job. He came in lower than other quotes and yet provided prep and repair services not offered by the others we had contacted. We were originally put on a possible 6-month waiting list (that's how good they are) - we grabbed the opportunity, being told as a small job we could be fit in between larger kitchen jobs. And we were! From timely, detailed communications, day one of the job to door and hardware installation, not paying a red cent more than quoted, we are extremely pleased. Lenny, Lenny Sr., and Keri were all wonderful to work with and we are thrilled with the finished product. I've relined the drawer bottoms with contact paper and the 20-year-old cabinets look brand new! If you have a small bathroom, a large kitchen, or anything in between - I would highly recommend Kammes Colorworks. This was our second go around with Lenny and his family crew. We initially had our bathroom vanities redone and they turned out so nice that it was a no brainer to hire Kammes again for our kitchen. We had crown molding installed and also an end cabinet enhancement done. We also had soft close hinges installed. What a difference! Project communication is excellent. I have used Kammes Colorworks numerous times over the past five years. They have painted the entire interior of my home ( some rooms more than once), refinished my cabinets, painted the exterior trim and refinished a wood table.
