All of our cabinetry is built with real plywood boxes (not particle board), with dovetail drawers and under mount concealed soft-closed slides. We also perform complete kitchen, bath and basement remodels, as well as custom trim work. We did not receive the custom bathroom vanity we requested. Jim agreed to correct the problem, but several months later (the cabinet was originally installed last November), the work has still not been done and he is not answering my texts or returning my phone calls. Very unprofessional. The photo showing the open shelving was what was requested. The other photo shows what Jim installed.
