My husband and I had the privilege of having our carpet installed by Drapes 2 Floors on October 6th and 7th this year. We had shopped around all over the Tampa Bay area looking for quality carpeting to be installed in our home. We drove from the Westchase area to the store in Largo one night after work and arrived about five minutes before they closed. Jason welcomed us in with open arms and took the time well after closing time to show us the carpeting that we were interested in. He gave us his honest opinion and was very upfront about cost etc. Before we got the carpet installed he drove to our house and walked through the house explaining to us what was going to take place on the days that the installers would be here. He then showed us the samples again in our house with natural light to see if we would still want that color etc. He did this on a Saturday morning, taking time out of his weekend to help us out since we were not available during the week. The day the installers came to our house, they were a few minutes early, which was very nice actually. They had me walk through the house and shared with me what they would be doing during the day and how the installation would go, The guys made sure to thoroughly clean up after day one and explained to us what we needed to do that night to prep for day two. The second day went wonderfully and again, they cleaned up and even helped move things back for us. Our carpet looks amazing, and we couldn't be happier. I was sent my warranty and how my carpet would be serviced if there were any issues. You can't go wrong, giving them a chance. Even if you have to drive a bit of a distance, this is the place to go for a great carpet buying and installation experience.
