There are a lot of sub-contractors who only want to do what they always do. They don’t want to deviate from their everyday routine. As a result, when a customer asks for something a little, or a lot, different, the sub-contractor responds by telling the customer that it’s not a good idea or it can’t be done. On the other hand, at Hirsch Custom Cabinets we always like to assume that our customers are intelligent people who have good reasons for their requests. Therefore, we believe that it is our job to work closely with our customers by listening to them, to educate them about the process, to offer them alternatives and discuss the pros and cons of different choices.
