Excellent experience! In the height of heat wave, Elgot knew and delivered exactly what air conditioner I needed. They were professional and helpful. Because of their long standing NYC experience, they knew what building paperwork was required and how to maneuver in a busy neighborhood. Their installers were immaculate, on time and efficient. Before updating our kitchen cabinetry, my husband and I spoke with Peter Grazeola at the Elgot design studio and were extremely impressed. Peter came up design suggestions that added a level of sleek sophistication to our kitchen, which far surpassed anything we imagined. Peter was knowledgeable, attentive to detail and quickly and effectively dealt with any queries or concerns that we had. He handled the project with painstaking detail from beginning to end and we felt through out the project that we were in the hands of a consummate professional. We could not be more pleased with the end result and recommend Peter and Elgot highly.
