Run the other way. My builder had to hire someone else to finish the cabinets that Cabinet Solutions installed very poorly. The quality of what we received left a lot to be desired.

Tried to use Cabinet Solutions to remake a few Cabinet doors. Went through another company that used them for the work. Started the process in August of 2022 and now in March we have nothing. Lies are what you get by email. You will never get to talk to anyone. Never was a phone call returned. No communication skills at all. No problem taking your deposit. This company is a joke.

Cabinets were installed but never painted the right color, doors didn't match cabinets and drawer glides began falling out. White Oak doors have split and some have just completely fallen apart. Trim pieces were never sent to finish the job. Still missing a pantry cabinet we paid for over a year ago along with a the drawer under our microwave. Our contractor won't deal with them any more but I'm stuck in the middle. Even received a collection notice for the company, wanted to ask them if they got any money from them can they give some back to me!?!

Beautiful cabinets and designer Caleb very easy to work with. BUT we have been waiting ONE year for them to come back and finish installation, fix trash drawer, and fix drawers that will not close. Jason and Chris (owner) will not return phone calls. Poorly managed company.

I had a small job, add an upper cabinet a lower cabinet and 6ft of countertop. I was told that they would try to match the existing countertop as close as possible. On Nov. 19, 2021, I received a text message from Patrick C. (Production Manager) in the text he stated that he found the exact countertop to match, but it will be a little more…~200 more. I did not respond directly to his text message, instead I asked if he would call me. When I asked Patrick about the additional charge, said that he can remove the extra charge. On Dec 20th I sent an email stating will I be able to see a representative sample, my request went unanswered. I called the office several times and got the run around. I was placed on hold 3 times and finally I was able to speak with someone who could help instead she (Danya M) told that it is ten minutes to four on a Friday and they will “discuss” my request for refund on the following Monday Jan. 10th,.. This Place got an “F” rating with the BBB, I wish I would have done my due diligence, hopefully this review will save you the heartache and stress.
