I came here to say I had the best experience with beautiful doors, helpful people and great shipping about 3 years ago. I was going to do another room so I tried to find the. It appears they may not be in business anymore.

Three months and still waiting for one drawer front. They were replying to email inquires with various explanations & excuses; latest was allegedly the shipping dept. noticed a QC issue and sent back to manufacturing with promised shipment ASAP, that was a month ago with no update. I've asked them to cancel the order and refund, but no reply. Based on the online reviews and my experience, this is not a trustworthy manufacturer. We'll see how the small claims court in NC works.

Impossible to deal with. Almost 2 months waiting for rush order! Still no info! Each time eventually someone pickups their phone, they tell bunch of lies about my order status. Buyer beware.

This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with and by FAR the worst experience we've had during our numerous renovations over the years. We ordered cabinets from them end of October 2022, and as of today, 5 months later, we still have received nothing. They do not answer the phone so it's impossible to actually speak to a person, and emailing back and forth to try to get information will get you either vague answers or broken promises. We have now disputed the charge with our credit card company and will be moving onto another vendor. Save yourself the time and energy and give these people a pass.

We booked an order in early September. One door was delivered damaged during shipping. We were told a replacement would be forthcoming. It did not. We also noted that while we had used this company two years before for another project, the quality of what we rcvd now was drastically different and very poor. After a 4 month dance with rude customer service, lies, being hung up on - I finally put in a credit card dispute which was decided in our favor. There is no redeeming quality regarding either the product or the integrity of this company. Go elsewhere.

13 of 60 door & drawer fronts were wrong. Ten were bored wrong, two were 2” smaller than ordered and 1 was missing. The manager, Danya, gave me a ship date of December 3rd for the replacements, which they did not meet and then she never answered my voicemails and was never available when I called. I was then told by Assistant Manager Casey and the replacement department that they could not give a date or timeframe for when the replacements would be ready to ship. I kept calling and they would not give me a ship date. Finally, Casey said they would ship December 10th and then they did actually ship on the 13th. My original order was placed October 3rd and shipped Nov. 4th. The good pricing is not worth the hassle and waste of time!

Ordered on 12/15 and product actually showed up in a decent time, however the colors were all incorrect and the size of one door was wrong. Here is the following timeline of all interactions done via email.
**Between 2/12 and 3/18 I was also calling every day, usually speaking with Rob and being told “someone would get back in touch with me” or “An update would happen tomorrow” Left one or two messages with Dayna but never heard back from her. Spoke with Pam once or twice as well as unknown male**
12/15 - Ordered
1/27 - Cabinet Door World (CDW) Shipped first half
1/29 - First half arrived
2/4 - CDW Shipped second half
2/8 - second half arrived
2/10 - I told CDQ blue doors were damaged in shipping
2/10 - CDW asked for all info on incorrect doors
2/10 I asked if we should hang them or not
2/11 - CDW asked for me to send them back
2/11 - i told CDW i don’t have original packaging. asked for a partial refund since I need to close out my contractors and am expecting a child on 3/21
2/11 - I followed up
2/11 - CDW said no full refunds. asked for doors back
2/11 - i told CDW i only want a partial for damage
2/12 - i followed up and received no response
2/19 - I told them the in addition to the blues being damaged, the color is way off on the whites, one door is the wrong size and corner pieces were not bored properly
2/22 - I sent package size info for all items being returned
2/22 - CDW they told me they would share those details with returns to generate a label
2/23 - I thanked CD and asked them to tell me the they had all the label ready
2/23 - CDW they said they will
2/24 AM - I asked CDW for update on label
2/24 PM - I asked CDW for update on label
3/1 - CDW sent return label after a phone call with Pamela and unknown male (not rob)
3/5 - tracking says item was signed for by BBOB (could this be Rob?)
3/8 - I asked CDW for update on the turnaround and followup on returned items
3/17 - I asked CDW for an update on returned items
3/18 - Pamela confirmed via email “Your order has been located, Some of the return was damaged in shipment and an internal replacement was pout it. Unfortunately, I was not aware that this had occurred as it was not entered into our plant tracking system.
Your order will be shipping in 10 business days. Once it is ready for shipment you will receive an email with the FedEx tracking information.”
3/18 - i asked pam if this will all be finished in that time frame
3/18 - Pam said production will reach out if they have any information
3/19 - I asked for possible photographs prior to shipping to confirm everything was ok and never received a resize
3/31 - I called to check that everything would be shipping on 4/1, the 10 business days Pamela said it would be and Spoke with Rob and he said “probably 10 to 20 more days because the doors need to be fabricated”. I was cut off at 5pm since apparently their phone lines shut down then.
Issue is still on going. Avoid this company if you don't want a headache.

I regret that I cannot give this company a good review. I had High Hopes. I'm a professional cabinet refinisher and I had nothing but a lacking experience with this company. Both the initial order and on correcting the issues that arose which were many as much as 20% of my job. They make it impossible for you to communicate with the people who are doing the corrections. I'm actually rather surprised that they're still in business given their poor communication and their poor customer service . They've got a few very nice people who work there but overall the business model is severely lacking for the end user who's a repeat user. They might be fine for somebody one-off, DIY who doesnt mind waiting 40-60business days to get an order right.. but not for somebody who's in business to use this business

I've been involved with remodeling construction for a long time and this is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I ordered eight Shaker drawer fronts and two cabinet doors in June. I got the product in late September and two of the cabinet doors were off by 9 inches in height. I sent them back for a redo and they were supposedly going to do a rush order. They didn't even start the order till November 5th and I was expecting to get it before Thanksgiving and now they're going to send the order out December 5th "supposedly". I'm not holding my breath. The customer service is terrible. I called every week for 5 weeks only to find out after all that time that they hadn't even received the paint color. No one checked about what was causing the actual delay until I insisted they go back and find out. I tried to leave a bad review on their website and obviously they won't post anything negative.

Customer service is subpar. I understood there would be a delay in the production of my order due to COVID but the estimated 6 weeks turned into 10. The original shipment did not contain my entire order as all of my hinges were missing. One door was also damaged and it was obvious that it was damaged before it was wrapped for shipping. No one would call me back including management, which I had requested directly over the phone, via voicemail, and via email. No apologies were given for their mistakes. Definitely will not be spending any more money with this company.

BEWARE: worst company I have ever worked with. Unbelievable wrong experience, the most rude people on the phone or chat (See attached).
Liars, everything they told me was a lie, items took three months to deliver, some items are wrong, promised me a refund several times and then changed their mind, lied about lead times, lied about shipping dates, lied about the refund, and then after keeping me in the dark for weeks and weeks they have the nerve to ask me to remove the bad reviews and they will issue the refund. LIES!!
I have lost money and time with this company, but if I can help anyone else steer away from them and not have to experience what I have, I will post reviews with my experience everywhere I can.

First let me start by saying I’ve given Cabinet Door World much more than enough time to make things right...It has been several months since I originally ordered cabinet doors from them. After waiting nearly twice the amount of time I was told I’d have to wait for them (an extra 3 weeks to be exact), they arrived on September 20 and were incorrect and therefore useless to me. Their response was that they’d “rush” the correct doors out to me without even taking the time to ask me which doors in particular were needed or following up. As a result I saw no other option than to dispute the charge with my bank/ credit card company. When their company got word of the request for a charge back, one of their staff members contacted me via phone to inform me that if they were to issue a refund, they’d need me to ship the cabinet doors back. On October 15 I complied with that request given to me by their staff member and sent them out via UPS ($150 of my own money) which confirmed that they received them back. Fast forward to today when I have been informed that my dispute was closed because they (the merchant) “carried out a service” for me. My first question for them was why would I be told to go through the costly expense of sending these cabinet doors back if they weren’t going to follow through with the refund requested? I clearly haven’t been “provided with a service.” My family just out the $1,900+ with absolutely nothing to show for it because Cabinet Door World didn’t provide the correct product in a timely manner. It just doesn’t seem right to me. I feel completely violated and robbed after all of this. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service in my life.
