Over a year later we are still enjoying and admiring our beautiful kitchen from By Design Cabinets. Lin and his staff were so professional and friendly. We not only have quality cabinets but we also made new friends. I highly recommend them for their quality, value and customer satisfaction.

Well let me tell you about this place. It's one of the best. We went to one of those big box stores to get a quote on a kitchen remodel and could not believe the price we were quoted and said no thank you. Happen to see and stop in to this little store tucked way back into this little shopping center that maybe people wouldn't even think something like this store would be there. Well we went in and talked to the owner's(Lin & Kathi Cloud) of this little store and had them come out to look and give us a price on our kitchen and hope to see something come out of this to help us renew the old kitchen we have. They not only help but could not believe the price we got for our kitchen. We told them, let's do this. The price was so unbelievable we just had to do it. Talking to Lin & Kathi about our kitchen was so awesome they knew what they were talking about and it was like they were reading our mines. These people are so kind and thoughtful and willing to work with you we just had to do it. Our kitchen took a little longer than expected but they were there to assure us it was all going to work out. Let me tell you things do happened during a remodel and you think did I make the right decision, all I can say is yes, yes you did. We thought, did we make the right decision in taking on this big change, it was so worth it in the end. We have a kitchen we can be so proud of. Let me tell you things do happen and you will get though them like stress, and when will this be done. But with any remodel there is going to be setbacks and we got thorough it. Some can handle the pressure of a remodel but we were not doing so well and Lin & Kathi were so involved in the whole process and working with us the whole time we felt a little relaxed and put it all in their hands. A remodel is not a walk in the park and things happen and you worry and you stress but let me tell you I feel what your going through and let me tell you, after it's all done and you see your remodel it's all been worth it. Let me tell you we have been through it and if not for Lin & Kathi working with us the whole time we would have had second thoughts but so glad they were there and helping us throughout the whole process. If you haven't talked to Lin & Kathi about your remodel you should. Go to those big box stores first if you want and get a price like we did but so glad we found this place bydesigncabinetry and stopped in. Take a chance stop by and see them. Tell them your thoughts around your remodel they know their stuff. So glad we found them. Would we do it again, with them and there company, yes. Check them out you won't regret it we didn't.

We originally visited By Design Cabinetry for a kitchen remodel. We ended up including the powder room off the kitchen. Owner of By Design, Lin Cloud, did an outstanding job recreating the kitchen and his knowledge of design, products and color was very helpful since the floor, counter top, cabinets and sink were all replaced and the refrigerator re-positioned to another wall. The contractors he assigned were very professional and completed the project on time and within budget. Couldn't be happier!

By Design Cabinetry provided great professional customer service and sale. Installation crew did a great job and were nice people.

They were very thorough to make sure that everything was PERFECT! It was a wonderful experience and it was very fast.
