Randolph has over 40 years experience and fourth generation working in design and man-made environment. He has created concept design and construction documents for over 350 custom homes with a wide range of styles and sizes. Some of the communities he has created are located in South Carolina, Georgia, Ohio, Virginia, Alabama, Florida, Idaho, New York & Kentucky. His work has received much recognition in many publications and has received several awards. Randolph is also the editor/owner/writer for the Bluffton Breeze Magazine which has over 15,000 monthly readers and 10,000 visits to their website. The magazine has been published for over 15 years. Being the author of numerous architectural guidelines, his knowledge translates well throughout all aspects of his work. South Carolina Homes and Gardens, Low Country Homes, Florida Homes and Gardens, The Bluffton Breeze, Better Homes and Gardens and Wiregrass Living Magazine are just a few of the places where Randolph's work has been featured. Randolph's work is know for accurate and complete construction documents, high level of construction details and interior details, and clear specifications. He has a high degree of ability to work with general contractors, building officials, and subcontractors in a variety of functions. Randolph is a master in residential design, urban planning, energy consultation & historic preservation.
