Reggie Allen was recommended to me by a local realtor. I asked him to make plans for a sunroom addition. He listened to what I wanted, designed the room exactly the way I had imagined it, even referred me to a local builder! We recently bought property in Jefferson County and were referred by a friend to a couple reputable local contractors. Both contractors we spoke to recommended Reggie for any architectural work we might need. Based on this information we contacted Reggie and he quickly met with us on our property to help us evaluate what might work best for a house design. Reggie was able to transform a general design we found on the internet into a spectacular plan that we can now present to builders for the bid/build process. Every step of the way Reggie worked to utilize every square foot of the plan footprint to give us everything we wanted while trying to maintain our budget. I would highly recommend Reggie for any of your design needs as he has been very thoughtful and professional throughout the project.

Great Experience. If I ever need another architect, I wouldn't consider anyone other than Reggie Allen. From the very beginning he set expectations and walked me through the entire process so that I would know what to expect and when and how the project would progress. He made sure that we both understood how he and I both had roles in the process/design to keep the project moving forward timely. He did everything that he promised and in many cases went above and beyond in my project design. He communicated with me at every step and kept me abreast of where we were in the project timeline and was always available for a call, text or email. Reggie is very detail oriented and was able to take my rudimentary ideas and drawings and turn them into reality. I love the final custom house design that Reggie created and I look forward to starting the building process within the year.

Reggie took a basic internet home layout and created a wonderful set of home plans. He helped us make decisions about design elements that enabled us to save cost in the build. He structured the design to best utilize standard dimensional lumber, windows, and doors and our lot size. He worked with us thru a couple of changes and everything in the process was painless. We have found that there are a lot of people who talk a big game, but never come through. Not Reggie. Reggie is a true professional, Answers all your questions and gives good advice on decisions … He was ahead of schedule with our plans and when we had to downsize them after he was already done he had no problem redoing them in an amazingly quick turn around and at a very good price … he is a very easy person to get along with as my wife and I became instant friends with him and would definitely without question use him again
