Mireworks Design is a wonderful company to trust with any size renovation. Vickie is very thorough in her designs and specifications. On our last job, the subs expressed how pleased they were with the plans and specs. They said it made their job much easier. Mireworks Design is a very honest and experienced company. We went to Mireworks for design and consultation on our new home. Initially, I brought them a rough idea and they transformed into something we absolutely loved. During the process, we are presented with beautiful 3D renderings to really understand the layout and spacing in our home. They answered all our questions and addressed any changes promptly. Vicki and Kaleb were very professional from the start of our remodel visit. They were easy to reach when I had questions or changes. They both had great advice and ideas from the beginning. Best decision we made was starting our remodel with Mireworks. We hired Mireworks to provide architectural drawings for building out a guest suite. It will involve both remodeling existing space and adding on. They were in a word “Phenomenal” to work with. I contacted MireWorks when I started to modernize my kitchen ceiling (replaced old florescent fixtures with a shiplap look), replaced all of my den, dining room, master bedroom floors, complete remodel of our masterbath. Very much enjoyed working with Vickie Mire. She brought a lot of insight and knowledge to our remodel project. I can't say enough about how impressed I am with Vicki and Caleb at Mireworks. I don't often write reviews but I felt compelled to say something about my experience. My wife and I recently purchased a home in Covington, LA. We pride ourselves in our creativity when it comes to renovating homes but, for the life of us, just could not figure out what to do with the inefficient floorpan we had just moved into. Luckily, we found Mireworks and to the rescue they came. When we met Vicki and Caleb for the first time, they asked us really thoughtful questions so they could understand the plan and vision we had for the property. After that, they did a walkthrough, took several measurements and made some great suggestions on how the new layout could could be constructed. We were practically renovating the entire home. Some walls were moving, others not. It was a large undertaking but after meeting with them a lot of our stress was alleviated. After a few short days, Vicki and Caleb met with us again to go over some floor-plan ideas. They provided 4 options and we were able to pick and choose ideas from each floor-plan option to build out our final draft. The level of detail Mireworks was able to draw out in the final floor-plan was amazing. From floor to ceiling and electrical layout to plumbing, they thought of things that would never have been on my radar. These details will make my experience with my GC so much easier and cost effective too. The final product for us was a 12 page detailed document with everything we need to get started with our GC. Demo plans, electrical and plumbing layouts, cabinet and window schedules, tile patters, and literally everything else we needed was included. I can't thank them enough, their help far exceeded our expectations. Whether you are renovating one room or an entire house, I strongly suggest reaching out to Vicki and Caleb at Mireworks!

We used Mireworks, LLC, to redesign our kitchen and baths after the flood of August 13, 2016. They sat down with us and went over our desires and then we were able to review the actual changes right then. We received detailed drawings along with top quality work. They answered all our questions and helped tremendously with contractor. They went the extra mile and we " highly recommend them to anyone needing any renovations or simply wanting to remodel their home". We agree with their 5 star rating in all areas. When we bought our house, we knew that we wanted to immediately remodel the outdated and inefficient kitchen, as well as replace the floors all downstairs. Vickie and MireWorks were recommended, and I am quite glad that they were. From the first, Vickie came in and made me feel like this daunting project could be completed. I had some vague ideas about what I wanted, but without her, I would have been lost. After some discussion on what my family and I wanted and needed, her team presented us with architectural plans for several great options for the kitchen and dining room. Once we had made our decision on layout, Vickie was wonderful at communicating with our contractor about every detail. She also was a tremendous help in making sure I knew all of the steps in the process. I like to do my research, but I was a bit overwhelmed among the endless options of flooring, counters, paint colors, fixtures, etc, etc. Vickie helped me envision pairings that I would never have considered on my own, and she had great taste! But she certainly always listened to my own preferences and adjusted her suggestions accordingly. Vickie and her team were available and supportive at each step. When we had problems with the design due to the structure of the house, they quickly stepped in and came up with alternative options. She followed up with me to see how things were coming along, and to make additional suggestions for any items I had not decided on yet. They were always responsive and made us feel like our project was important to them. And let me tell you! I could not have dreamed of a more beautiful space. Our kitchen is perfect. It honestly looks like it belongs in a magazine, and it makes me happy to be in there every day. We love it so much!!

As a contractor they have some of the most accurate and detailed plans I've worked with. They have the experience to put even the smallest details where it needs to be :whether it be lighting , a simple receptacle , or maximizing space. I would work with any drawings or ideas they suggest. On a remodel the small fee Mireworks charges can make your finished product go from i really don't like this to wow! I didn't know we could do that. I highly recommend Mireworks on any project you might be thinking of. They can take a lot of stress out of it. And they also can help out with product selection.
