Our goal, in addition to fulfilling our customers' dream and vision, is to create a positive social and environmental impact through residential design. Inspiring design is achieved through a design process. It is bound with the lives of its users and site ecology. It has sympathy to the ground it stands on, the nature of the inhabitants, and overall site character. Through the design process we are attentive to remain cognizant of the clients goals, the purpose and intended essence of the building on that site, and the nature of the user experience. Through competent programmatic conclusions, we design spaces that evoke a unique emotional response in visitors, promote the lifestyle and pleasure of its users, encourage meaningful human interaction, and connect the occupants with the site and nature. Ian Monday oversees all aspects of design and project management. He is responsible for all phase of the design and construction administration process and serves as President & General Manager of Lunar Design, Inc. Mr. Monday received his professional degree in architecture, accredited by National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB), from Florida Atlantic University in collaboration with the Dessau Institute in Germany, The Bauhaus. Ian was a designer and project manager with EDSA, Square One Architecture, & AZD Associates before deciding to pursue his vision and start Lunar Design, Inc. Cindy Cortes, born in Colombia and raised in Miami, first obtained her degree in art from Miami Dade College and went on to complete her accredited professional degree in architecture from Florida Atlantic University. Cindy started her career at Cynthia Whitaker Studio, designing elegant, contemporary, residential interiors. Later, she broadened her experience in architecture and interior design by creating exciting destinations with innovative, engaging environments while working with JPRA Architects designing retail and mixed-use development. Cindy's diverse background, innovative concepts, and discerning taste instill the spaces she designs with refinement, timeless style, and the capacity to evoke an emotional response in users.
