KTR Creations . 2021/ 2022 / 2023 / 2024 . Wow, what I say . I have been working with Katie and her Husband Richard for over 2 years now . We have been renovating the entire home in the suburb Mindarie . We Started with an enormous kitchen and then top bathrooms and the Balcony BBQ area. Then we moved up to Attic room and made it into an amazing bedroom for my son . Plus completed a theatre room , which we love to relax in . We have just completed the Laundry room , looks fantastic. so now on to 2024 and starting the bottom floor Starting with the Bathrooms and Kitchenette , and the two ensuite's , plus the pool room , then the Garage and storerooms . So as you can read , above description of what we are doing we are excited to finish and live in our newly renovated home . I highly recommend KTR Creations . They are very personal and engaging in every aspect. I never fill like Im left guessing. Katie present"s a draft , drawing of every room , then we meet and then we confirm . Katie is outstanding in her creations of the designing of each room ,and her Husband Richard who builds all my cabinetry and fits it and does the final finish. When we first reached out to Katie from KTR Creations, we were in the process of designing our first triplex development plans in the year 2021 and looking for an attentive and creative designer to work on our plans. Working with Katie from KTR creations was a quick and seamless process. She really listens to our brief and manages her time and ideas to develop the plans in detail to what we needed. Her thoughts and design concepts were unique and attention to detail. She is always well organized and provided numerous layout concepts and elevations for our homes and also addressed all our clarifications in a timely manner. The time and effort that Katie put into our review surpassed our expectations. Her delivery and home designs were very efficient, as we were able to solely communicate with her personally and via email and on phones which worked really well and she has successfully designed plans for our two luxury double storey and single storey homes from the year 2022 to 2023. Katie is encouraging and approachable. At no time did we feel our questions or comments were trivial. At the end of this experience, we were confident in our design and ready to move forward with our projects. We can’t thank Katie enough for going above and beyond and we’re very happy that we decided to work with her. Really, the experience couldn’t have been better. Katie is extremely professional and helped us achieve exactly what we wanted. We sent Katie a list of our dream home requirement and she came up with two designs that met all the requirements despite squeezing our home onto 199 sqms. Nothing was too hard to change, rearrange or move. We worked with Katie over several weeks revising our design and making multiple changes, Katie was always accomodating and had great suggestions. KTR Creations designed my house, completed all of the drawings, took the job through the planning stages, completed the tender process and liased with all of the prospective builders. They worked on everything right up until the point where construction began and they continue to assist where necessary as the construction proceeds. They are highly professional and as a team, are a wonderful combination of design expertise, engineering and construction knowlege. Their attention to detail is amazing and they always complete the various stages in a timely fashion.
