Chip and a corresponding building company were a recommendation from a good friend who had hired both for a substantial renovation project recently. This particular friend had dealt with several reno projects and other builders and design architects who were all equally disappointing for different reasons. That said though, Chip and this builder were in my friend's words...'total pro's and great to work with'. I've worked with Chip over the last year as we've moved through different iterations of our own substantial home renovation project and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a design architect. He has delivered everything I've requested and has routinely exceeded my expectations along the way. It's nice to have someone take the time to listen to what you want and then use their own experience to enhance and realize your ideas and concepts. We are still sorting out the financial and builder side of the project but will certainly continue to engage Chip when that next stage comes to life.

Over the last 20 years or so we have used Chip Pace for many prodjects from track housing to multi family and custom homes to remodling. I have been very satisfied with Chip. I would recomend him for any of your construction needs. thanks , Rick Reeves

We used CP Architectural to draw up some plans for an addition. Appreciated the quick work and he also did some additional modifications that needed to be made after we had the final plans. Great to work with!

Chip designed our major Bow Mar remodel. We love what he did. He had a great vision but also listened to our concerns/input. I highly recommend him!

My wife and I had a great experience designing a house with Chip. He incorporated everything that was on our "wish list" and had great suggestions on how to make everything come together. We had multiple changes to the plans and he was very prompt getting them updated. Highly recommend!!

Chip came up with some beautiful designs that made the best use of a difficult space. He is a real pro. Chip listens to the clients desires then "stretches the dream" to a place that others might not have thought of. He knows the local codes and zoning parameters and makes everything work smoothly with local building jurisdictions.
