It gives me great pleasure to write this review for ACD CORP Construction Company. I got a few bids for our home addition project and at all of those bids, Naz Morales's bid was the most reasonable one. Before hiring him and during our home project process, I was impressed by how quickly he got back to me when I had questions. He always returned calls immediately or in a timely matter. It was an approximately 2-3-month period communicating back and forth with him before I made a decision to hire him. He was always professional and patient. I never felt pressured to hire him. In addition, he respected and acknowledged our specific requests before signing the contract which indicates his willingness to work with his customers. Naz communicated with us regularly regarding our project and no problems occurred during the work. Most importantly, there were no extra fees nor did he ever suggest that extra work was needed like other companies tend to do. He made sure we were happy with the end results. Naz and his crew are extremely easy to work with. We are very happy with the final project (2 room, 2 bathrooms and a new garage addition). There was an issue with the plumbing but he fixed it. I highly recommend ACD CORP for your construction needs whether it's remodeling, additions, or any type of work. We are very happy with our room additions and wouldn't hesitate to call him again! Consider this your personal reference to a terrific and honest 5-star contractor! I’ve been using Naz and AMBCD for nearly 10 years and have hired them for numerous jobs (probably 5 or 6). Naz is always the first person I call when I solicit bids for a specific job. Usually, Naz is the person I hire, but in the few instances that they were too busy for my schedule I usually regretted not waiting to hire Naz when he could fit me into his schedule later on. I’ve hired AMBCD for small, medium, and large jobs. I’ve never been disappointed with the final work product and I unhesitatingly recommend them to family and friends. AMBCD isn’t always the least expensive option, but they are honest and will charge a fair price. One of the things that I am most impressed about Naz is the way he handles job change orders. His bids have been remarkably accurate, but inevitably work change orders will arise. Usually, these have been because I wanted to add something to the scope of work. Many contractors “make their money” on work change orders, but I always felt that these were treated fairly, transparently, and reasonably. Overall, if you hire Naz and AMBCD you will get great work quality at an honest price. I cannot recommend anybody higher and I will continue to be a happy repeat customer.
