I recently bought a home and needed to do quite a bit of work, including a new kitchen, redone bathrooms, painting, electrical work, plumbing, etc. You name it, they can do it! Nick and WC Builders was the only choice for this project. Throughout the process Nick helped me figure out what needed to be done and created a plan to get it done quickly and affordably. Even with all of the supply chain issues, my project was done on time, in budget, and at all times, professionally. Nick and WC Builders is my go to contractor and I’ll be sure to use them on any future project. You cannot find a more upfront, honest, and professional team to work with.

We just recently completed our 4th project with WC Builders. We contracted with WC Builders for a finished garage with a home office. Nick, the general contractor, and all his sub-contractors, did a fantastic job. Nick's crew does impeccable work and the attention to detail is second to none. We were daunted by the scope of our renovation project because one problem area led into the next problem area. After working with an architect, we were still left with some issues regarding our roof line and the foundation in our family room (a poorly executed addition by a previous owner). Before even going under contract, Nick worked with us to help solve these issues and ease both of our concerns. His quote was pricey, but thorough - it included many things that other contractors had left out, which would have put us in trouble once work had started. Nick and his excellent crew did a full renovation of our kitchen, family room and laundry...and added a master bed & bath and patio. All while patiently and respectfully working around us living in the other half of the house. The process was incredibly smooth - in fact, we had trouble choosing materials in time to keep up with the crew's progress! The only horror story was that COVID-19 happened as we were almost done - but Nick saved the day by personally hooking up our stove and washer/dryer right before we had to shelter at home. Now, we are enjoying what we always dreamed our house could become. Both the interior and exterior work is beautiful, and the quality is top notch.

WC Builders repaired and repainted the exterior of my home. Our home is a fixer-upper and the exterior was in poor condition, including some of the woodwork. I am very satisfied with the results. The team were careful, patient, courteous and diligent. The final result is excellent. Our home looks completely revitalized. We are extremely happy!

Nick Talor at WC Builders Inc. is a dream come true contractor. He is THE guy that turns your home renovation project into a reality. My husband and I were looking into expanding and updating our kitchen, and decided that we wanted to meet with Nick after seeing the work he had done at my in-law's home. He was very professional, honest, responsive, personable, and creative. We initially met with him in our home where my husband and I showed him our kitchen and discussed what we were looking to do in addition to the budget we had. Nick tediously took measurements of every nook and cranny of our kitchen, as well as the neighboring rooms in order to design our space that would complement our existing home. Within a few days, Nick returned to our home with plans he had for our kitchen, presented within our budget, and modeled on the computer. Just seeing the pictures of our future kitchen come alive gave my husband and I so much hope and excitement. We would brainstorm together to tweak the kitchen to exactly how we wanted it. Each time we came up with a new idea or wanted to add something to our design, Nick was able to do it. Without hesitating, he would incorporate our changes into the virtual design (i.e. adding a microwave drawer and making space for a wine fridge in the kitchen). He would always let us know if it was feasible or within our budget. If not, he would give us alternative options. We trusted his opinions in their entirety. We made appointments based on our schedules to meet with him at different warehouses where my husband and I picked out our own backsplash, floor tile, cabinet color and design, cabinet handles, and countertops. We brought home samples and took our time picking out exactly what we wanted. The workers Nick contracted with and brought into our home were detail oriented, kind, considerate, and worked long hours. They were dependable and showed up on the days and times Nick had said they would. In fact, Nick came to our home daily and checked in with his men and with us to make sure things were running smoothly and to his and our satisfaction. They never left a mess and cleaned up the worksite daily. Among many things, Nick and his teams were able to tear down and rebuild a load bearing wall to increase the size of the kitchen, put in a dog door by modifying our sliding door and expanding one wall of the home, and switched the locations of our hood and gas range hook ups. We additionally added new light fixtures to the kitchen, and numerous electrical outlets. Nick transformed our kitchen within 4 weeks, and in the midst of the emergency COVID pandemic. Throughout our endeavour, Nick answered our text messages within minutes and our phone calls immediately. To this day, he will check in with us to make sure we are 100% satisfied. We can't wait to use him again in the future for more renovations. My husband and I highly recommend Nick and are available as needed to share more about our experience with WC Builders.

We hired Nick as our prime contractor for a major remodeling job at out home. We enlarged our second bedroom and included a bath and a walk-in closet. The work included a redesign to part of our roof. Glendale codes also required a modification to our garage and patio. First of all, we were impressed with how Nick handled the lengthy and often annoying hassle with the City of Glendale necessary to get permits. Nick exhibited patience and tenacity in getting through this process. He kept us informed of the progress. His estimate of how long it would take was close. The City required some work beyond the initial scope of the job, but Nick kept the extra costs to a minimum. Once the work was begun (February, 2019) it proceeded smoothly. Never did we see a delay of more than a day or two. In spite of the extra work required by the City, Nick finished the job in August, less than a month beyond his initial estimate. We are pleased with the quality of the work. When we were less than 100% satisfied, Nick was available to consult on what could be done to satisfy us. Our only complaint is that some minor cleanup work (e.g. paint spills) were not completed unless we lodged a complaint. We would definitely recommend Nick to others looking for a remodeling contractor.

After working on projects with other companies, I could not give a higher recommendation to WC builders. Nick is a consummate professional. He's respectful, knowledgeable and communicative. Our home project was complex. But Nick was upfront about communicating the complexities of the task and left us in the drivers seat with regard to decision making every step of the way. When we reached a conclusion about what needed to be done, Nick was responsive and met the task on time.

I had a great experience with WC Builders. Nick was always available to answer my random questions and to talk thru items with me. The team went the extra mile to make sure i was happy with the work being done. The work was done quickly without impacting the quality. I love my kitchen and flooring installed by the team. A+.

We chose Nick because we wanted a contractor who could fulfill our vision of creating a comfortable, modern home. Time was of the essence for us, and we were pleased with his ability to run a tight ship; there was always someone working at the job site. His kitchen design was thoughtful, and we are enjoying the layout and ease of use when cooking. The floors - hardwood and tile - are stunning. We chose interior doors that had a unique design and there hasn't been one person who has come through this house who hasn't commented on how incredible they look. Nick Talor was a pleasure to work with. I have a hard time selecting tiles etc and his recommendations and vast professions knowledge made the process a lot easier. He was always there when he said he’d be there, and made sure every detail was to my satisfaction. Nick truly cares about his projects and his clients.
