Our History VR Builders was started in April 2005 by Ross O'Neill. Our Core Values Honesty, integrity and respect for people. We also firmly believe in the fundamental importance of trust, openness, teamwork, professionalism, and pride in what we do. Our Commitment We are committed to high quality work that performs well and saves you money; we understand the principles of architects plans, solar passive design, and the environment, be it local or overseas and we are committed to executing to an award winning level. Our Community VR Builders are a responsible corporate citizens and support local football/netball clubs, schools, swimming clubs, running events and build a cubby to raffle each year for the agricultural society. We are very much a part of the local community in which we live. Our Team As an employer we nurture careers and encourage people to grow and develop themselves, while providing them with the freedom they need to achieve what they want from working with us. We have a core team of carpenters and office staff at VR Builders and work closely with long time suppliers and subcontractors to make every project an enjoyable one.
