Michel is not only my go to contractor he has also become a trusted friend. His skill, care and concern for a job well done is worth his weight in gold.. I would have Mike do my next job without a moments doubt. He built my current residence 35 years ago and did a recent remodel 3 years ago. Good quality construction, no problems no worries or concerns. What is even more priceless is his recommendations and suggestions, listen to him, he knows his stuff and what will work what will look good and what wont. Do not doubt, hire him and his team! Our experience with Van Sant Construction Company was above and beyond our expectations. We needed to downsize to a home that would suite us in our retirement years but also provide space for grandchildren and out of town visitors. From purchasing the lot to choosing the house plans, Van Sant Builders made our experience a truly stress free experience. In addition to the home design, our priorities were quality craftsmanship, efficiency and maintenance free. Many of our family members are in the construction trade and they are all impressed by the quality of our home. VanSant Construction takes pride in the homes they build and there are no short cuts taken. Our home is absolutely beautiful. As for the overall experience in building our home with Van Sant Construction, it was fantastic and we would recommend them highly to anyone that wants a quality home. If you choose Van Sant Construction you will not be disappointed.

Over the past year,I have worked closely with Van Sant Construction as their electrician. I have worked side by side with the Van Sant brothers during the construction of the custom homes they are building in Mt Airy, Frederick, Maryland. Even during this short period of time, I have come to know that their commitment to quality and attention to detail is outstanding. From working with their customers to their interaction with subcontractors, Van Sant Construction succeeds in delivering a true, custom home experience. Their hands on approach to building homes and satisfying their clients needs, sets them apart from other so called custom builders. I highly recommend Van Sant Construction as a top notch home builder.
