Scott Stewart of Trimen Builders, Inc. has worked with me from looking at the lot before I purchased it, created initial drawings, then plans and then worked hard to get costs in line with my budget by coming up with design modifications and negotiations for materials and labor including coming up with creative ways which are transforming how they will do business with future clients. He has had a personal excitement for my home, kept me up to date, is courteous to me, friends and family that come to see the project and helps get through the inevitable issues that arise when building a new home. He is licensed with a top score in license testing. Mostly, he is looking out for me so that I have a good building experience and, more importantly, have the home that meets my needs and expectations for the future when the home is completed next spring.

Home remodeling project Scott is a hands on owner, he is extremely talented as a carpenter. His industry knowledge, vision and attention to details are amazing. His guys are just as talented professional and great to work with.

Friendly, punctual, and expert service: We had Scott and his craftsmen at Trimen Builders Inc. rebuild and resurfaced cabinets in our galley (kitchen) and head (bathroom) on our boat. The job was challenging because of the complexity of the project, the cramped working environment, and the difficulty in the project's access. We were delighted with the final result. We also were unexpectedly reimbursed money because one aspect of the job happily turned out less costly than originally quoted. How often does that happen in a remodeling project? Will definitely use Trimen Builders again for our land home.

Had a problem with a driveway that my father had installed 2 years prior that was heaving from the frost and cracking terribly. Brought Scott from Trimen Builders in to look at the situation and Scott told me exactly what was going on and why it was occurring. The previous installation by a sub standard contractor was the cause by not prepping the driveway beneath the concrete was the cause. Unfortunately for my 85 year old father, this meant a total tear out and doing the job correctly which is what Scott and his crew did to perfection. I wanted to surprise my father by having this done while he was out of town for a week, and Scott was able to accommodate this request and get the job completed in his absence. When Dad got home, he was totally surprised and elated at the finished project as was I. I would recommend Scott and his crew to anyone. The saying, "you get what you pay for" held very true in this case. I was very pleased with the value we received for the work that was completed.

I am always impressed with the craftsmanship and knowledge of the crew that was on my job. Scott has implemented into his workers on how to take pride in the work they do and it shows. Its nice to know you can have confidence in a builder with just a hand shake. Thanks Triman Builders. Dale Wnuk
